Sergey will screw you over. Bought a truck that he swore up and down was in excellent shape. Had a couple minor things when I picked it up (tailgate wouldn't close fully, wipers were junk, washer fluid didnt work). Everything else seemed OK. Drove it about 400 miles home before it broke down. Wheel bearings went. Front brakes went out. He said all brakes had been replaced but the rears weren't touched. Truck had holes in the from that I couldn't initially see. I was quoted over $10k in repairs for truck "in excellent condition and inspectable". He's got the truck back but hasn't done the right thing to give me money back. Don't do business with a scum bag like this​ read more

I purchased a Ford truck from this dealership during their 2025 "Black Friday Special." During the transaction, Noel tried every trick in the book to back out of the advertised price and incentives. I'll spare you the details of their profanity and rudeness; their professionalism is UNREAL. You can read the other one-star reviews for that. However, within 48 hours of the purchase, the truck failed inspection. According to state law, all dealers must provide a 30-day warranty. However, Sergie and Noel seem to believe they can ignore this rule if they think you received a discount or participated in a promotional offer they advertised on Facebook. Running a sale to attract customers does not justify selling vehicles that cannot pass inspection. Furthermore, Sergie claimed that our issue was with Precision Tune of Reisterstown. We called Precision Tune, and they confirmed that they inspect vehicles for Classic Motors and have a long-standing relationship with them. However, they refused to provide any information about the vehicle in question. The receptionist informed us that inspection details must come from the dealership, while the dealership directed us to call Precision Tune. There are also some interesting aspects in the relationship between Classic Motors and Precision Tune. We'd best refer our concerns to the Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General, and Federal Trade Commission, to name a few. I have listed them so that other readers will know the correct course of action. I am sure Sergie and Noel will post a BLAME SHIFTING rebuttal, but there is a common theme among your one-star reviewers that cannot be ignored. Mysteriously my windshield was cracked open the day after I complained and filed a police report. The police said they had many incidents with this place. Buyer beware. Look them up everywhere. They had what I wanted. Actually they had a lot of trucks that I wanted. from the beginning the salesman worked the numbers from every angle to get my wife and I the best rate. this is a must place to go to if you want a truck. forget the big dealerships. classic cars has a variety of different types of trucks. If they dont have it dont worry they will find it for you. I also have a step van that I need to sale. Forget the hassle of putting it on Craigslist and dealing with everyone. I have called 3 times and each time I call I get what sounds like a teenage boy with an attitude on the phone. He is very short with his answers and sounds irritated to be answering questions and hassled. Despite this roadblock I tried to stop in and a car was blocking the entrance and I couldnt even make it into the small lot and had to reverse back out into 140 with cars flying by. I originally went to look at a different truck but similar to the one I bought. I can't say enough about this family they did everything they could to get us the best rate and accommodate us in every way. A few things took longer than expected with an inspection place I chose and they still did everything they could to keep us happy. Once I got the truck home the check engine light came on for something minor I called and they handled it right away I highly recommend Classic Motors they did a fantastic job and I'm usually a pain in the ass and very impatient and they took great care of us. read more

I had a positive experience. I told them in the beginning what I wanted, they asked what it would be used for. They were very helpful with a huge knowledge of the vehicles. We narrowed the search to I think two, of those two I decided to test-drive one. The A/C was broken and promised it would be repaired, it was by a Chevy Dealer as they freely admitted they could not diagnose the problem. I put a deposit down and waited for the State Inspection to be done. It failed, but Classic did the repairs necessary for it to pass and they also repaired things that almost did not pass, they did not have to do this, but they did. When I picked up the truck and drove it home all was great. Next morning drove out-of-state and the check engine light came on, called them immediately and they said they would take care of it but suggested I get the code read, which I did and another light and code came up. Called them to let them know the codes, was told to bring it on in and they would repair them. They ended up sending the truck back to the Chevy dealer as they could not get the lights to turn off, finally the Chevy dealer did get all resolved. This truck is awesome and so is Classic Motors, they are a family owned business with friendly, helpful, respective and knowledgeable staff. This place was a nightmare. Terrible service. Dishonest staff will say ANYTHING to sell a vehicle. Act like they know what they're talking about but they do not. Purchased a 99 green f250 7.3 diesel with 76000 miles on it for $15000. Today got my money back bc the tranny needs to be rebuilt and they wouldn't help me pay for it. Salesman said it was covered under warranty for 30 days. I asked what does that cover? He said minor things you're on your own. Big things we will cover. I told him I think IT NEEDS A TRANSMISSION. Told them the overdrive light was blinking and the truck was not shifting properly. The salesman drove with me in the vehicle and said it felt fine as I witnessed it not performing as it should. Took truck to whitcraft (good reputable transmission shop) and the mechanic immediately felt third gear slipping. Hooked truck to computer and codes verified the tranny needed a complete rebuild. Classic Motors owner said it shouldn't have been covered under warranty and argued that it wasn't until we showed a print out of the listing with the words Thirty day warranty clearly stated. Classic motors continued to say nothing was wrong with the truck again after the mechanic at the dealership took it for a test drive. Left it for them to drive more and they said they finally experienced all the issues that I said were present (also confirmed when they pulled codes). The truck is now listed (same evening I returned it) for 15,999 nearly a thousand dollars more than I paid for it and definitely needs a new transmission ($2400). After searching for a long time for a truck that I liked I found the perfect one at classic motors. I went down to look at the truck and found it to be less than advertised. That said I still loved the truck and wanted to purchase it. I told Alex about the issues with the truck, driver's power window wouldn't work. It had been hit on the drivers side and someone tried to touch it up poorly. Also had a warning light on the dash. Without hesitation or any prompting he said explained the issue with the warning light(speed sensor) and said they would fix all those problems. He said give him two weeks to get it fixed as his mechanic was very busy. He was with a customer and I didn't want to obstruct another deal so we parted ways and I told him I want the truck and to call me when it was finished and I will come get it. I followed up in two weeks since I hadn't received a call at that point. Again, I was told his mechanic was very busy and hadn't gotten to it yet. I understood and honestly wasn't in a huge hurry and loved the truck. Waited for a call for another two weeks and then called in to check on progress only to be told that they sold it to another customer who was willing to take it as is. I was furious to say the least. At that point he tried to turn it back on me essentially for not breathing down his neck about getting it done. He asked for more time so I gave it to them and now I am out a truck. The worst part of the whole situation is that I would have bought the truck day one as-is if that's how they wanted to sell it. No negotiation they offered to fix all that for the asking price and then sold it out from under me. I buy/sell at least one vehicle a year and I can say this was by far the worst dealer I have dealt with. read more
