Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.

They were even able to accommodate a quick turnaround meet and greet to make sure it was a good fit which eased our anxiety even more as our husky could be a handful if they are with a non experienced husky dog walker. Our husky and two cats loved them as we saw in the photos, which were sent every session along with a session recap. When we returned, they were as good as if we never left!
