Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.

He is very precious to me and unfortunately he has been fighting cancer for over a year. Alea said she had gone through cancer with one of her previous dogs, so completely understood my situation. My Rosco is on chemo and has to drink alot of water all day and urinate nearly every 2 hrs, so he is somewhat high maintenance. Alea took excellent care of him. He usually looses weigh when boarded due to separation anxiety, but I never saw that when she watched him. Alea even took the time to text pictures of him to me periodically, sometimes daily, which re-assured me that he was happy in her care. I thought that was so nice of her to make that extra effort. I'm so happy I found her and would definitely use Alea's services again!

Sleepover Rover was quick in contacting me and providing potential doggie sitters. It was great having open options. I think it's better to leave your pets in the care of a family, to minimize the separation anxiety for you & your pets! Our host , Inna, was very gracious to receive us into her home. We wanted to visit and give our dogs a look-see at their next home for a few days. She allowed us to visit, dogs and family members, not just once but twice. We were able to spend a good half-hour with them each time. She was so nice, and her husband and kids certainly made our dogs feel at home. She also reassured me over the phone on the first and second nights of our stay apart from each other. We did bring the doggies' own food, treats, beddings and food /water bowls (to given them a sense of the familiar while away from home). We got both pets (a Rhodesian Ridgeback Boxer mix & Terrier Beagle mix) back all safe and sound, and none the worse for wear. I definitely would recommend this service to anyone looking to board their pets. At the end of their service, her boys gave us the sweetest drawing of the dogs and themselves and this note: Don't forget us! I kept it and it's still on my refrigerator!

Called around to a few different groomers for my anxious dog. Don Doggos was the first to respond…read more I had questions like how much the rates were, how long a groom typically takes and what shampoos, supplies they used. They answered all my questions and let me know that they had appointments available. The woman that called me back also helped schedule my appointment (and set up my account). Not even half an hour later, they let me know that I would have to reschedule -luckily the other time they offered worked for me. I appreciated that they let me know asap and that my next pick for an appointment was available. On the day of the groom, I received a text reminder for my appointment. When I arrived, there was someone in line ahead of me waiting to be taken in for doggy daycare. Eddie, the groomer came out afterwards to meet my dog. We discussed what services we required and he also acknowledged some notes that I gave about my dog during the prior call. I also appreciated that Eddie asked if my dog was allergic to anything and of there were any other issues. I have been to a few groomers and I don't recall being asked those questions. The thoroughness of the intake made me feel confident that I am leaving my furry companion in good hands. I let Eddie know that my guy was sensitive in certain body parts. About a little over an hour later, Don Doggos rang to let me know that my dog was ready. Quickest groom so far that we have experienced -first appointment of the day! When I arrived a young woman at the front counter rang me me and she also explained how a typical groom takes on average 90 minutes, maybe longer, and that usually, the first appointment of the day goes by quick. Eddie comes out from the back later on with my dog looking less like a gremlin and more like a distinguished gentleman. My guy is baseline anxious and I feel like Eddie's calm demeanor helped make it easier for my dog. I asked for recommendations on grooms moving forward and Eddie was helpful with that as well. Looking at my dog's fur later on after we got home, I can't tell where the cut started or ended so I know Eddie was meticulous with his work. Bonus points of whomever takes the calls and does the scheduling because they made it so easy. They also communicate via text and they reply RIGHT AWAY. Dons Doggos is located near Termino and has it's own lot which is helpful in Zaferia, but being that our appointment was earlier in the day and on not a Saturday or Sunday, I found parking on the street in front during drop off and pickup. Also liked how the lady who rang me up was so pleasant. Thank you for making it easy Don Doggos. Thank you Eddie!
