We LOVE Becky and her team at Peace of Mind! We had been using the same cat sitter since 2015, but for our annual anniversary trip she let us know she would be unable to watch our cats. We had already booked our 3-week trip and my husband and I were so worried we wouldn't find someone that could match her love and care. We were happily proven wrong after meeting Becky and her team. I really did know from our first meeting our cats would be in great care, shes has good vibes. Just to note, we have 5 cats that are very needy (diet restrictions, anxious, and skittish, etc). Becky and her team handled every situation with ease and perfect communication - from picky eaters to a cat that found every possible hiding place that we thought we had blocked (sigh). We loved our daily updates with photos, and anytime there was a question or concern they reached out directly. They also made sure to keep our houseplants alive and handled our mail and deliveries that came while we were away. Our cats are a total handful, aka little monsters, but it seemed that Becky, Riley, and Brian started to love on our furbabies as much as we do when we are home. This is not just pet sitting - meaning they come and feed / water your pets. These folks really care. They play with your pets, love on them, take abundant pictures, provide a full description of the pets' mood and what they did (play ball, go outside, etc.). We were very pleased when we read the first email update and knew that our furbabies were in excellent hands! Charlotte even adjusted the blinds and lights from day to night. Our babies loved her, and we love this service. We got an update after every visit, unlike a kennel or something where we didn't find out that our dog literally ate his toy until we got back. Piece of Mind Pet Concierge is the BEST! I have a "special needs" dog, who has diabetes is blind and deaf and requires insulin shots at 6am and 6 pm. The precise time is of great important to keep her glucose stable. After months of intense care for my Diana Dog, I had an opportunity to get a way and relax for a couple days. But how could I??? It was short notice, and folks that I knew were either unavailable, or would not be able to give Diana her injections' of insulin. Others said..6AM?????. I called around and discovered Becky had a YES answer for everything I threw out to her. HIRED! She was amazing, on time, reliable, precise, (she contacted me each time she was there) whew..what a stress reliever for me. She did everything I asked (walk Diana down the stairs THIS way, keep a log: of insulin shots, food, water, poop. She even played a special game with Diana to help Diana kept her sense of smell. Becky Rose, Rene and Debbie recently took care of my four cats (I live in Bixby Knolls). Taking care of four cats who are used to eating wet food twice daily, one needs to be walked, and one that has digestive "issues" is not an easy job, even for me! Becky did an amazing job of caring for our two senior pugs while we were out of town. Due to their ages (16 and 13) we were very nervous about leaving them. However, Becky put us at ease. We hired Becky Rose and her staff to watch our two cats while we were on a 4 day vacation after interviewing her and her assistant Charlotte at our home. Each day they would send me photos of our babies after they completed their tasks that we requested such as giving them new moist food and dry food; cleaning liter box; bringing our mail in each day, etc. These photos made me feel relaxed and happy knowing that they were in great hands. Upon arriving home each cat seemed happy and our place was just fine. If you are planning on going out of town and need to have your cat watched I highly recommend using them. Becky and Cort are absolutely incredible! They are genuinely nice, flexible, understanding and patient about our crazy work schedules, and most importantly, they LOVE our pets. The other day, Becky didn't immediately have another walk on the books, so she took our dogs out for an additional 45 minutes, no extra charge, just because she wanted to spend time with them! I have three feral cats that aren't fun or friendly towards anyone but me. I travel a lot - and needed a sitter that could come over to feed them twice a day. I had had a sitter for over a year - but she had to stop taking care of them, hence, I found Becky. On my first visit - I knew that she would be perfect to take care of them. I filled out the paperwork - walked thru my instructions - and gave her my first set of travel dates. On the first day of my trip - I got pictures and an update of the three girls. This made my trip so much better - evidence that she had been over and taken care of them - allowing me not to worry. All I have to do is send her a list of my travel dates and she lets me know if she is or is not available. If she isn't available - she has a back-up person to take her place. Becky also pulls any mail or packages in for me. I would totally recommend her service to anyone. One happy note - one of the feral kitties - seems to have gotten comfortable with her. I've used Becky's services twice to make daily visits to my house to look after my dog and cats while I was away. The one thing that really stands out about Becky is that she's an absolute professional and she really does provide peace of mind. When I first contacted her, she arranged a complimentary home visit to meet with both me and the animals. Upon my first meeting with her it was obvious that she loves animals and the work she does with them. During that visit, Becky took careful notes on the animals and she even took the time to ask about the locations of the water and gas turn-offs, just in case she were to encountered an emergency situation at my home. Her service agreement was carefully laid out and easy to understand and her prices are very reasonable. While I was out of town Becky sent me pictures of the animals that she took during her visits. It's a nice little touch that will give you assurance that everything is going good. She also took in the mail and generally made sure everything was well at the house. Both times I came home to a house of happy animals. Afterwards, Becky made sure to contact me one last time to ensure that everything was in order.
