The facility is very clean, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about every dog in their care. The trainers are kind, attentive, and treat each pup like family, which gives us so much peace of mind. Whenever we travel out of state, Dog Den is our first choice for boarding. We love that they provide cameras so we can check in on our fur baby. The staff keeps everything clean, changes the towels regularly, and makes sure she is comfortable and well cared for throughout her stay. On days when she just needs some extra playtime and socialization, daycare is the perfect place for her to have fun with other doggos. We also love the photos update that were given throughout the day. We highly recommend Dog Den to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and trustworthy place for their furry family member! This daycare really impressed me with how professional and well-managed it is. They have both…read moreindoor and outdoor play areas for the dogs, and both spaces are quite large, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. The facility itself is very well equipped, with more than 100 rooms. They also have separate isolation rooms in case a dog gets sick, which helps prevent illnesses from spreading to other dogs. I thought that was a huge plus. All new dogs are required to provide vaccination records, and they also do about a 20-minute temperament assessment before joining. Based on each dog's personality, they arrange suitable playgroups instead of just mixing all the dogs together. The staff are also very professional and attentive. They keep daily records of each dog's eating habits and bathroom activity, which really gives owners extra peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a very responsible and well-organized place for dogs.

Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.

From the very first…read moresession when he picked her up, it was obvious how much he genuinely cares about dogs and what he does. John made sure to send us plenty of pictures and videos of our Hera's progress while he had her. When we picked Hera up at the end of the two weeks, John spent time working with us and showing us how to handle her and giving us tools we could use at home. That was incredibly helpful because it made us feel much more confident in continuing her training ourselves. It's been two weeks since Hera came home, and we've already seen such a huge difference. She's so much more confident, and honestly, so are we. Her reactivity on walks has gone down significantly, and she's walking so much better on leash. She's still learning and improving every day, but we can really see the progress. We're so thankful for all the time, patience, and care John put into Hera. It's clear how much he loves working with dogs, and we couldn't be happier with the progress she's made. We'd absolutely recommend John to anyone looking for a trainer who truly cares about the dogs he works with!
