I noticed a lot of the women's shoes that are on the shelves as of July 2026 are made of man made leather and not many leather options. I know it depends on the time of year but I found this to be quite disappointing especially when a lot of the shoes are $49 and up. With any Nordstrom Rack the inventory can change weekly. I want to put that disclaimer out there. During my recent visit, I did see some dresses in the rack that had some rips. Really visible ones and it was shocking. They were on a sale rack but they were visibly and terribly damaged. When we were in the store, no one greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance. I felt a little bothered by this as it did not seem on brand. We were in the store for about an hour and 15 minutes most recently. It may have been that it was about an hour before closing. When the location was closing, the person was very kind on the intercom and it was so nice. I remember being in Saks 5th Avenue a couple of years ago and they were yelling at customers to get out. The kind goodbye without feeling rushed felt like nice hospitality that would make one want to return to shop. Please note this location is on the second floor and an escalator or elevator is offered to arrive on the second level.

Even the fitting room is cute with a big, tufted bench. I had babes sit while I tried on the smaller of teh two sizes and luckily it fit perfectly. The dress is very forgiving, as it has many strings to adjust the fit and since I'm planning on losing some L Bs, I decided to purchase the small. When it was time for checkout, the staff was very nice. They complimented my tiny tot's sunglasses and commented that she was adorbs (which she loves). I bought a couple of cute rings they had at the counter and signed up for their loyalty program which will hopefully force me to make a return visit. The prices are standard for boutique pricing. These are pieces that you will not likely see another person wearing at an event which is nice to know. I was meant to park in front of this shop. When I brought the dress home, the shade of pink matched perfectly with my daughter's dress and the style is very similar so it will look as thought we might have boguth our dresses together. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. The issue was the product sold out before we could ship :( We are issuing you a refund today." DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. Why say you will call UPS if it already sold out? Plus, why let me complete the purchase if it was already sold out? I was given a tracking number 5 DAYS after my order was placed confirming it was shipped out. I have had another friend experience a situation where the item actually did sell out where she placed the order and then she was automatically refunded WITHOUT getting a tracking number. Be careful shopping here. This situation will have me not shopping here anymore. VERY sketchy. I know I was not told the real reason. Probably gave away my item yet I already claimed it will my order. If an order is placed and you are reviewing that order and see it is sold out you should contact the buyer and not provide a tracking number. Not wait for the buyer to contact you.
