The quality of the clothes is a step up from J.Crew and Banana Republic - which is where I had been shopping previously. More importantly, the clothes fit better given the 3-4 different "fits" the company has for most clothing items. What separates this store and Bonobos apart is their service. Great with price adjustments, returns, speed of delivery, etc. I've worked with Austin a number of times, and he's been my go-to whenever I see an item online - he's able to sometimes offer guide-shop exclusive discounts. Every time I come in the store, he's a personal stylist - offering ways to mix and match items with other colors. Definitely a good resource.

Anyway, Carlye was very helpful throughout the entire process & experience. The entire process took over an hour or so. They definitely have lots of patience and knowledge for different seasons and fabrics/colors used. Would definitely recommend coming here for your tailored suits. Whether it be your 1st time or not. Once they have your preference on the fabrics and lengths and engravings, yes, engravings monograms whatever you call it inside your suit. It takes roughly about 3 weeks for your outfit to be ready. Go in for a fit. Any altering is done in store. Which takes 2-3 days. And you're ready to go. 1st time here, 1st time getting a tailored made suit. But won't be the last time here. Heck, I would even come in here for myself for any suits if I was an EA or an ESQ. I'd be here in a heartbeat. However, you don't have to be any of those to come get a perfectly made suit!!! When I came back Christen was my new rep and our first interaction went fine until I came back to pick up my suit from alterations. I noticed right away the pants were too short (above my shoes) and the sleeves were also too short, not sticking out of my suit at all and riding up when I extended my hand. I notified him I think the sizes were incorrect but rather than double checking and correcting the error he told me I looked fine and the suit was fitted correctly. I had to push back and say no, it's not correct, pull up images online of how it should fit and say I wanted it fixed before he agreed to redo the measurements. But not before he told me not to trust everything online. Later at check out he accidentally charged me for alterations again which had to be corrected when I came back for my final pick up. I do not mind that the measurements were wrong the first time. I DO mind that if I'm buying a 1,300 suit that doesn't fit, the rep doesn't try to tell me it fits correctly when it clearly does not. He is the professional here but this was unacceptable behavior and honestly made me doubt if suitsupply was a quality company. I would give him a 1 for service but because I liked the suit I'll give my overall experience a 3.
