Great with price adjustments, returns, speed of delivery, etc. I've worked with Austin a number of times, and he's been my go-to whenever I see an item online - he's able to sometimes offer guide-shop exclusive discounts. Anyway, Carlye was very helpful throughout the entire process & experience. The entire process took over an hour or so. They definitely have lots of patience and knowledge for different seasons and fabrics/colors used. Would definitely recommend coming here for your tailored suits. Whether it be your 1st time or not. Once they have your preference on the fabrics and lengths and engravings, yes, engravings monograms whatever you call it inside your suit. It takes roughly about 3 weeks for your outfit to be ready. Go in for a fit. Any altering is done in store. Which takes 2-3 days. And you're ready to go. 1st time here, 1st time getting a tailored made suit. But won't be the last time here. Heck, I would even come in here for myself for any suits if I was an EA or an ESQ. I'd be here in a heartbeat. However, you don't have to be any of those to come get a perfectly made suit!!!
