The consultation and first fitting was such an informative session and we poured over the thousands of swatches until we landed on the perfect fabric! First and foremost, everything is handmade, not from a design, and still has a 10-15 pound wiggle room for adjustments, so I can wear this suit again! Owning a business I don't never like leaving a bad review. That being said I had one of the worst experiences dealing with this company. I hired Giorgenti to make a custom Tuxedo for my daughters wedding day. After being carefully measured this supposed custom suit was nothing close to custom.. The jacket came in with the wrong collar and needed extensive alterations which resulted in the jacket not fitting properly at all. The pants after trying on sample pants that fit well came in so big the belt loops in the back were almost touching each other at an angle inward. ? I wondered who this suit was made for. Being so close to the wedding date I had to wear a suit i owned. After texting her about this I received no response for 2 weeks in until her employee text me back wanting to make new suit for me. The problem was I didn't need another suit I needed a tux or I wouldn't have paid $3700 dollars for for something that I couldn't wear! After responding back with that answer and tried to get some of my money back I never received an answer back. Needless to say this was the worst retail experience I ever could imagine. Let me preface this review by stating that my boyfriend is NOT a normally preppy/typical suits type of guy. He loves his Palace t-shirts and Jordans. He has a Made to Measure suit from Giorgenti that really transforms his look for when he needs to be more business appropriate. Everything fits like it was meant for him, which it literally is! I'm not sure how they do it, but they managed to sate even his critical fashion eye! He's constantly styling his suit interchangeably with other pieces from his wardrobe to create new looks and, may I add, finally matching up to me for date nights! However, I do know that bestcustomshirt.com by Giorgenti and bestcustompants.com by Giorgenti were advertised as if they were the same entity. The websites also claimed that the business was recommended by several top news and media outlets such as Fortune, CNN etc. Also, I spoke with a woman named Janine when I called the showroom's number listed on bestcustomshirt.com to enquire about getting fitted in person. She asked me to come in the showroom--it was still in Manhattan at the time--but since I live in Washington DC this was not a possibility. How a business partnership is structured is not my concern. What concerns me is I paid $840 and got nothing for it. I will not delete or change my original review. Total scam. Bought "3 get 1 free pants" deal. I sent them detailed measurements and instructions per their web site guidance. They sent me one trial pants for fit. The trial pants measurements were completely off. I called customer service to complain. They asked me to email pictures which I did. The first customer rep's name was Jenny. She told me that she would ask if their tailor can fix. They couldn't. I asked for a refund. She promised to contact accounting on my behalf. After waiting several weeks and getting no responses from follow-up emails, I called again. I was told Jenny was no longer with the company. The second customer rep's name was John. I went through the whole thing and even included copies of my email conversations with Jenny. He also promised me the same. Haven't heard from him. Tried calling back several times but could never get through to anyone. I complained to Better Business Bureau. They investigated but could not get the company to act. I contacted the NY Attorney General's office. Their system is overwhelmed. I don't have time to go through small court claims. read more

If you want clothing that's going to blow you away, Giorgenti is where you need to go. After looking around for a ready made tuxedo for months and not finding anything I liked, I decided to go the bespoke route. Giorgenti custom clothing is the only business in the area that looks like it takes bespoke clothing seriously. My consultation was thorough, but quick, and also fun. I chose every aspect of my tuxedo and Alejandro and Janine gave me great advice for everything. What's more, both Alejandro and Janine never pushed for "traditional" designs. I got to design my dream tuxedo without any features that were outdated and deemed necessary but most manufacturers. A month later I went in for my fitting and I tried on the best looking clothing I've ever worn in my life. I've never worn anything that fit me so well. The suit was matriculatly made, and the material was beautiful. She meticulously gathered my dimensions and recorded them with precision. We then discussed what I do for a living and the style I enjoy to wear. Her small office has an assortment of displays and clothing racks. She pulled some samples of colors and patterns as well as materials that I was able to choose. After selecting a list of blazers, shirts and trousers she placed the order and informed me to expect a call within 4-6 weeks. At week 4 she called to say the order was complete and asked me to come in for a fitting. I arrived yesterday and tried on the garments. They fit beautifully! Trousers were comfortable; the shirt was properly tailored to my body type (I never had the shape of a male model); and the blazer was perfect.
