Ali at AK Brands Flooring is an artist, and a perfectionist! We had him do our new shower, and not only was he the lowest bid for the job, but he also had the best resume. His team had a lot of work to do with this job, including ripping out tubs, and rerouting plumbing along with building the shower pan, and tile. The job looks, and works amazing. Ali supervised the job from start to finish,and noticed thing that needed to be tweaked that my wife, and I would have never noticed. Great service, prices and availability (items & install)! Ali from AK Brands Flooring was a referral from my dentists office. They were also very happy with their experience. I called Ali, he replied right away, we exchanged photos and he was at my house the next day to give me an accurate estimate. My project was new tile on the shower floor and adding a glass door. I had been getting other quotes for the door and the install dates were 3 weeks out! Ali was able to get the door ordered, shower tiled and glass door installed within a week! Ali - the owner, was great start to finish. He was prompt, professional, and involved in the install. He was able to match our current flooring and was fair on pricing. He was flexible on install date and was helpful in keeping the job on track. The job site was left clean at the end of the job, but a bit messy (to be expected) during the 3 day install. The installers were helpful and attentive to any of my concerns. They are a bit flexible on arrival timing, but I overall did a good job. I wanted to remodel my kitchen and I came across this shop which is somewhat new in the neighborhood. I wanted something trendy and I knew I couldn't do everything by myself, particularly in terms of style, which is great since they work with a designer. We're still working on remodeling, but so far so good. The quality of their products is really good and it's recycled so that's a plus. I'm just worried I'll won't be able to stop at the kitchen and will be going for the living room, but oh well. read more

We had been struggling to find a contractor that could handle a small bathroom remodel within a reasonable amount of time until we were referred to AK Brands Flooring & Remodel. Ali invited us to his showroom to see all the different options for floor tile, shower tile, subway tile, counter-tops and shiplap for the walls. Replaced all our ugly carpet with beautiful Karhs wood floors. Easy to work with, very professional. It was a big job and took a few weeks to finish, but every night the house was left clean. AK brand installed tile and carpet on Summer of 2011, they did a terrible job. When I complained to Ali he did nothing about it. It seems as if the manager does not care and now I cannot get my money back or credited for the awful job. Ali the owner of AK brands is scamming people, do not trust him!
