The staff was extremely friendly and trustworthy however the reason for my low review is the cost. They charge a high hourly rate (I think it's around $115/hour) or something crazy like that, and then they will nickel and dime each minute after the first 60 minutes. I decided to give them a try due to the great reviews but I guess my expectations were too high. Let's just say I can clean my house just as well, and save myself $150, which is what I will be doing moving forward. When the staff called to learn about our recent experience, my husband shared his feedback, and it was not well received. Like I said, the staff is fine and nice/trustworthy, but in my opinion this is a rip off and if your house is pretty clean to begin with and you don't mind dusting/swiffering a little then save your $$$.

Though the price seemed high, I decided to work with them because they came recommended by my property management company. However, when I inspected the house after they informed me that the job was completed, I was appalled. I had been clear that I needed all the walls wiped down and the baseboards cleaned so we could paint the next day, yet there was clear dirt on all of the baseboards and visible dust on the walls. They also failed to clean one of our two toilets, and they left tons of visible grease on the walls on either side of the oven. As I walked through the house, I saw more and more problems: clumps of dust bunnies left in almost every corner, cobwebs left hanging from light fixtures, dust left on top of every doorframe, dirt left in almost every window sill, etc. I immediately sent a message to the company expressing my disappointment, and even though they knew I was dissatisfied, they processed the full payment on my credit card that evening. Then, they refused to issue me even a partial refund, even though they clearly had not satisfied the agreed upon scope of work in the time they had agreed to perform it in. They also sent me an email falsely accusing me of refusing a walkthrough with them (I did a thorough walkthrough the following morning with one of their employees) and refusing to take any responsibility. A horrible business!

It was such a simple thing but WOW it really blew me away how bright and clean the grout was. When I headed to the nursery, I found a great surprise which I snapped a photo of and was about to send to my wife when I realized I should let her discover it for herself. I had a work engagement that evening, and was en route when I got the call from my wife. Our son's Mickey and Minnie Mouse had been staged to look like they were reading together in the nursery chair. It was the sort of "surprise and delight" touch that Disney World itself aspires to, and it really did surprise and delight my wife.
