I called Jerry on a Thursday to explain my fairly new beige carpet was covered in stains from my cat who had gotten sick. I had tried everything to get them out with no luck. There's a reason you use Yelp. This is one of them. I scheduled with the owner, Jerry, for April 1st. He said he would be here between 2 and 4. He arrived at 3:30 and called me 25 minutes before he arrived to let me know he would be here. He moved all the furniture around to clean under it and moved all the furniture back to its original position. There were major stains in my carpet and now they are gone. Pictures included. He ran out of water after about 1.5 hours of cleaning and needed to use some of my water to refill. Everything he changed he restored to its original state. TL;DNR = 10/10 would use again. read more

Even though the tile cleaning was only partly successful, I give Max Impact and Jerry five stars for showing up on time, working hard, sticking to the quoted price and doing the best he could do. The kitchen tile and grout looked much, much better when he was finished. The bathroom shower had a film that wouldn't budge but Jerry did some additional work on the tub and other tile that wasn't part of the job. I have used other carpet cleaning companies before. I cannot say I was impressed with any of them . They would come in and get out as quickly as possible and not pay much attention details. It usually wasn't long before the stains came back. This company is completely different. The owner Jerry came to my house and got to work. He seemed to take his time, while working hard. He didn't rush it. We had some pretty good stains from two puppies. My wife was skeptical that they would come out and stay out. Well, its been weeks and the carpets still look great! Worst experience ever. Every time I pass the banister he ruined, the lamp he smashed, and the stainsc that came back almost immediately after he left I want to sue him. He fully admitted to the damages, offered to replace the lamps, but never offered to fix the banister. After spending hours searching online for a replacement, I discovered the lamp was discontinued. It was then left to me to prove that to him, let him see if his mom could find something similar, wait for that to happen, etc. When he agreed to reimburse me for replacement lamps, and I bought them...2 because now I did not have a matching pair in my bedroom... For less than the cost of the originals (less than $100 total), he refused after I sent him the receipts. I offered to save him the cost of having someone fix the banister by taking the time after work to buy supplies from Home Depot, spending 2 hours fixing it, and then charging him only the cost of the supplies and $50 for my time, gas, and labor. After agreeing to this IN WRITING, he refused to reimburse me even just for the supplies. When I tried to discuss this with him, he yelled at me and reminded me of his pet odor spray that he gave me for free... About which I never knew and for which I never asked. Further more, he pressured me into paying cash. For obvious reasons. I'm a single mom working 60 hour weeks. I do not need this kind of treatment from a vendor or anyone else for that matter. I thought most of the stains were not coming out and that the musk smell was destined to stay there forever... The results were perfect. Are my carpets clean? Yes. But I waited weeks to get the first available early morning appt. (9am). The day arrives, and he gets here at 10:05. The appt was supposed to start at 9 and be about 45 mins. It started at 10:05 and he wasn't finished till 11:45. All the while he saw me swinging a very cranky baby to sleep who missed her 930 nap and continued to try to upsell me and talk on his phone. He made it seem like a big deal that he was giving me a free deodarizer treatment, but im pretty sure he just sprayed Fabreeze from his own generic spray bottle. when he left, I noticed a big chip in our paint on the wall. Not a happy camper. Will not be calling again. Update: I decided to leave an update to my earlier review after receiving a call from the owner, Jerry, who was the one who did the cleaning. He saw my review and called to speak with me about my concerns. I'm still upset that there seemed to be a misunderstanding about timing and that there was a chip in my paint when he left, I can say that jerry will do a nice job cleaning the carpets.
