If I had been one year old when I first ordered I'd be old enough But, I gave them the requested information. It was evidently not sufficient, so I provided a copy of my new Drivers License with my picture. I am 74. Never heard back. Today I call age verification. They confirmed my age. But now my Order was cancelled yesterday. I provided the requested info on time. Where is my refund. I had to reorder. Where is the refund for the extra I paid for fast shipping? This is not quick service! They provide good cigars at a good price, JUST DON'T MOVE. This has been a very frustrating experience.
