I was first introduced to CI while deployed to Iraq in the US Army in 2005. We needed some sticks and the junk at the makeshift PX wasn't cutting it. We found and ordered from CI. I have called and emailed CI for over a year to try to get them to stop and they won't even though I stopped buying from them. So I ordered 65 cigars on July 4th. The site says due to COVID shipping times may be delayed. Cool. Well it took 10 days for them to "process" under half of my order and ship. Shipping took 3 days. It's not UPS fault for taking so long. I still am waiting for the other half of my order two weeks later and it says those cigars will ship once they are available. It didnt say backorder or anything when I ordered and blaming slow shipping times on the carriers is BS. A friend asked me to drive there from NJ. It was well worth the trip. Biggest cigar store i've ever been in and the biggest selection of cigars anywhere. I don't smoke but i gotta say it almost had me buying a cigar to try. Be forewarned once inside you can smoke cigars so the smell of people smoking is in the air.
