I ordered an arrangement for my Cousins Funeral Service for June 21. I placed the order on June 19th to have the arrangements sent Friday the 20th. Not knowing the business was closed on a holiday. I wanted to give business in the local area opposed to ordering from a franchise. I missed a phone call that day and returned the call with no answer. I left a message. I got a call the following day on the 20th Thursday. When my family took pictures of all the arrangements and I saw my arrangements I was very disappointed! These flowers weren't worth 127.00. This floral location has to do better with online orders. read more

We used colonial for the flowers for the passing of my dad. They were wonderful to work with over the phone. I picked out two arrangements that online were pink flowers and roses and asked if they could make it a little more masculine for my dad. The flower arrangements arrived and they were absolutely gorgeous. They did such a wonderful job, picking out beautiful flowers and arranging them. It was nice to work with someone personally when ordering them over the phone. I ordered flowers for my friend that is in Rehab for a complete hip replacement surgery. As you can see below from the pictures that I posted and what she received. I was SO upset. The roses they used were white and almost look dead. It should of been pink roses and look like the picture. I asked them to use NO subs for flowers. I work in floral myself & this is dissatisfying for me. I am also a Cancer Patient and to get this kind of service for my gf to get these flowers delivered. I live in another state otherwise I would of delivered myself. I wrote an email to the company yesterday. I waited for a response ALL day yesterday. NO email back from the owner or an employee. The value of the flowers was NOT worth it worth my money or time. I will never use this florist again. very poor service. read more

I had a really great experience with these folks. A loved one was in the hospital unexpectedly and needed to order delivery. Placed the order online (I don't live in town) and got a quick response the next morning that there was a delivery issue (no hospital room). They followed up and delivered the flowers the next day. We had flowers scheduled to be delievered on the 13th which never came. There was a note left on our door the 14th that they could not be delivered. When we called they informed us that the flowers could not be delivered due to weather. However there was no attempt to contact us on 13th to let us know that. Otherwise we would have made other arrangements for them to be delivered. Spoke to the owner who was no help and didn't believe us when told him there was no note left on our door on the 13th. In addition they won't be delivered until the 15th. Disappointed because we've always used them in the past, however this was extremely poor customer service. read more

On short notice (about 3 hours), they were able to arrange two beautiful sets of flowers for my grandfather's funeral and get them delivered to the funeral home prior to the service. The arrangements were just gorgeous and for what we got, the price was much more reasonable than the local franchise florists in town. I would highly recommend Colonial Florists to anyone. read more
