The RB Plumbing & Remodeling website states they are "licensed, insured, and bonded and that customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance. FACT ~ a business license is NOT the same as a contractors license! FACT ~ one MUST be licensed to register w/ the respected city according to city ordinances, building codes & regulations. Without the training, experience, education, and proper credentials, it is impossible to become licensed and impossible to obtain the mandatory work permits for qualifying repairs or home improvements! Furthermore, it is FACT ~ that it is impossible to obtain the necessary insurance & bonding for customer protection! DO NOT take someone's word! Require all information up front and VERIFY VERIFY VERIFY! The customer has limited recourse without it! In October 2019 we learned all of this the hard way! Ryan and his crew at the time installed a new (and pathetically cheep) bathtub, tile surround, shower fixtures, & tile flooring! Reading all the good reviews just make me wanting to contact him. He responded right away. He just asked me to take pictures and the size of the 3 car garage. We just texted each other for ideas, possibilities and of course pricing. No pressure at all. He was very responsive in all. He told me that they have an opening in two days and that made me decide to let him do it. They arrived minutes early on my 9am appointment. They drove two hours or so to get to Marysville Ohio. Everything went smooth and they were done by 3:00 pm. James and his other two staffs has done a wonderful job. They even moved all my stuffs out in the driveway. I was surprised though that I have to put everything back myself after 4 hrs. I guess it's ok since my wife has a better plan on rearranging everything. Best part about it is the 15 year warranty.
