    Rude, unprofessional, sarcastic and disrespectful

    The most UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT and RUDEST individuals I've ever encountered in a healthcare facility. Let's start with Elizabeth at the front desk who can't function without nicotine. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt until she started talking from both sides of her mouth. My father was scheduled for a 10:30 MRI, we arrived at 10am only to wait HOURS due to another patient who was on STANDBY with no appointment because she scheduled at another facility that couldn't accommodate her test. Unbeknownst to Elizabeth the entire waiting room heard her conversation with said patient, and we ALL heard "Liz" inform the patient that she couldn't put her before patients with appointments. That patient then demanded to speak with a "Supervisor". Long story short, the so called Supervisor came in and ensured the patient that she would be next and by doing so pushed all other MRI patients behind. When asked for an ETA after nearly an hour had passed, we were told that they were "running behind", but no one thought to inform waiting patients. After waiting for another half hour, i approached the desk again to inquire about an ETA only to be met with rolling eyes (Elizabeth) who went to the back to get her "Supervisor". The Supervisor never came out, instead another RUDE individual with no name badge hiding behind a mask(photo attached) emerged from the back saying that the "supervisor" was in an interview. There's more to this fiasco, but I find myself getting angry all over again so the moral of the story is DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! I've had great experiences at Akumin in Fort Lauderdale near Holy Cross Hospital, Coconut Creek needs a new staff starting with the "Supervisor"!

    This place is horrible. A total disaster in every way. Don't waste your time here...pick a different imaging center.

    My husband had an acute back pain. He was scheduled at 7pm for an MRI. We arrived at 6:45. He entered for the MRI almost an hour later.

I told him the order clearly stated With Out contrast. He did check the order again and verified I was correct. Thankfully I was aware and knew the difference because that could have been a major mistake.

This review is a rollercoaster, so buckle up. The saga began after my doctor sent over a prescription. Rayus reached out by text and phone, which initially felt efficient and promising. Then came the automated phone system. Somewhere between the prompts, hold music, and waiting to speak to a human being, nearly an hour of my life disappeared into the void. Over 40 minutes of that was spent on hold. An hour. To make one appointment. I put the appointment on my calendar, but forgot the exact time, so I called a few days later to confirm it. That's when I was informed I had no appointment at all. I'm sorry... what exactly were we doing together for an hour the first time? So after another 45-minute adventure through the hold queue, Appointment Part Two was successfully created. Or so I thought. Two days before the appointment, billing calls me to explain they were beginning the insurance pre-approval process and probably wouldn't hear back from my insurance company in time. They then asked if I wanted to pay out of pocket and "hope" insurance reimbursed me later. Hope? For radiology pricing? Absolutely not. They told me I'd need to contact the appointment department to reschedule. I politely explained that I'd rather wrestle an alligator in a Publix parking lot than spend another hour on hold. They assured me they would handle the rescheduling themselves. Spoiler alert: they did not. Instead, I started getting automated calls and texts reminding me to reschedule. So back into the scheduling abyss I went. This time the hold was only about 30 minutes, which by then felt like express service. At this point, I was mentally hovering between zero stars and throwing my phone into traffic. But then... plot twist. The actual in-office experience was excellent. I arrived at 11:20 because their texts told me I had an 11:45 appointment and should arrive 30 minutes early. Turns out the actual appointment was 12:15, and 11:45 was apparently the "show up early" time. Confusing? Absolutely. But the front desk staff handled it with kindness and professionalism instead of attitude, which honestly caught me off guard after the scheduling nightmare. Not only were they nice about it, they managed to get me in early anyway. The tech was professional, efficient, and treated me with dignity throughout the visit. The facility itself was clean, comfortable, and well run. If I were rating only the people inside the building, this would easily be five stars. But unfortunately, the process of actually getting and keeping an appointment was so frustrating and unnecessarily difficult that I can't justify averaging this out to three stars. The staff deserves praise. The scheduling system deserves a documentary investigation. Two stars.

Today I took my 7 year old son into the office for a CT scan with contrast. Because of his age, he wasn't able to drink the barium. Davion made sure that they could do the procedure without him drinking the barium (he had to get an IV instead) and she called me at 7:45am as promised to confirm. When my son was told that he had to have an IV instead of drinking the liquid, he lost it. It was a very difficult visit but the 2 people helping us calmed him down after a while and made him feel better. One of them took Taek Won Do just like him and showed him her moves. The other had problems getting into his veins (he has difficult to find veins), but eventually got it in. The technician also calmed him down. Davion returned after the procedure and make him feel like a VIP. They made him feel very special by walking him around the office and giving him ice cream. Thank you very much DCA for this outstanding professionalism and patience in a tough situation.

I would like to see this process go more efficient by providing the option to complete the info online. Miranda and Wilma took care of me during the MRI. I am a big guy and it can be a little squishy, but they both did their best to ensure my comfort while providing me the service needed. All three ladies were incredible at the end of the day.     Terrible Company -repeated Cancelled Appointments, No return calls…read more I received an imaging order form from my doctor for two scans on 4/8/26. I immediately called to schedule the doctor-ordered scans. I was told by the scheduler, that she could not make one of the scan appointments after making my one appointment, and she transferred me to another number where no operator answered, so I left a message. No one ever returned my call that day or the entire following week. The company scheduler scheduled my a scan for the morning of April 15th at one location. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. Late the night before my April 15th appointment, I received a call cancelling it. I called back the morning of 4/15/26 and made a new appointment for the same morning, an hour round trip from my home, and then raced to the location. As I pulled into the parking lot of the location, I received a call canceling my appointment. I was then scheduled for another Appointment, across the county in the afternoon. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. I next called their office and scheduled my other scan at a different location and was given a different office in for April 28th, 2026. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. Subsequently, the scheduler called back to cancel the appointment. A new appointment was made for May 11th, 2026. I called the company office to speak to a supervisor and have been on hold for 25 minutes. No one has yet returned my call. Sent an email. No response.

The letter said my Dr will get a copy of results that was 7/9/2025 as of today my Dr did not get the results and He called one day they were gone at 12 and the next time nobody answered. I decided to start over at care diagnostics and had Diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound at the same time and results given right there by the radiologist. My breast tissue is not dense also. From the receptionist to the clinical staff each person is friendly and knowledgeable. Recently, I had an emergency situation and I needed to have an ultrasound completed quickly and have the results ready for the next morning. I was assured that they would put that request through, which was a big relief for me. This location is gorgeous in set up and is very clean. I had to get two ultra sounds done due to pain. I was able to get a cd right away. And my doctors got my results within 24-48 hours. Turned out nothing to be serious and it was just a cyst and fibroid. Glad I got it checked and tested by getting these tests done. The technician was excellent. She was gentle and good in communication. She told me exactly what she was doing etc. Side Note- They offer drinks if you need them after your tests. They have a variety of sodas, teas, hot chocolate and coffee. ~
