When you need to get an mri or ct scan the last thing you want to do is wait days before you can get in. Not here, they were able to get everything cleared by my insurance company before I even got there. They also promised to have the mri results to my doctor prior to the end of the week for his review. Elizabeth at the front desk is great at her job. The office was clean and organized. (had current magazines). It looked well kepted. The changing rooms and the bathrooms were very clean. The process went extremely smooth. I would recommended this place to all.

I had an MRI done at this facility and was given a copy of the images upon request with a promise…read morethat the doctor would be receiving all the info he required; Images and the correlating report. I came to find out that the report that was written up to accompany the images didn't match. I have Endometriosis, but the written report came back completely clear and normal, which is an impossibility because I have several large cysts that need to be removed. I also found out my doctor only received the written report and no images. I told him I had the cd and he looked at it and confirmed the images were mine, but the report just doesn't match. Now, I am not a rich woman and I have been going through hell since getting my diagnosis, having to do test after test, doctor after doctor. I wasn't happy when I was told I had to get an MRI, especially when I learned it would cost me $425. I paid the money through my HSA and the money has been taken out, but I am still getting harassing phone calls from the billing department saying they never got paid. I've told them several times I have paid it, but now I'm even more pissed because I paid a huge amount of money for something they screwed up in the first place. I was scheduled for surgery Thursday July 25, 2019 to remove my cysts, however the surgery was cancelled because I didn't have the proper report to go with the MRI and the doctor didn't feel comfortable to do the surgery. So, once again I am stuck in debilitating pain waiting in limbo to find out what my next move is. My biggest concern is that someone else is out there with my report under their name probably freaking out thinking they have an illness they don't even have. This facility totally dropped the ball on this one and should be looking forward to a malpractice suit.

Walked in about an hour and a half prior to their closing, filled out paperwork and waited a short time to see Dr. Kerkes. The medical assistant taking my vitals was sweet and very personable, definitely made me feel at ease (I am definitely a chicken). Room seemed clean and hygienic. It was a little stuffy/hot but that could've been my fever (who knows). Dr. Kerkes was able to diagnose quickly to have me feeling better in no time. I am so thankful for their fast operation they are running, I was in an out in 1 hour max. Definitely what I was expecting and so happy that they have surpassed those expectations.

The office was very busy with only a few empty seat. I was called back to the examination room after only 5-10 minutes. Then was seen in less then a minute by the nurse to get my vitals. The doctor was in less than 3 minutes after I was brought back. It was determined that I had excessive wax in my ear. The doctor had it cleaned out. Dry quickly, gave me a prescription from their on site pharmacy and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes after I arrived. Everyone I encountered was super nice and polite. This was probably the best experience I have ever had from any health care provider.

I had injured my foot a couple weeks ago and was looking for a doctor who specializes in foot and ankle who could help me read my MRI results and tell me what to do next. We called here on a Wednesday and got an appointment at this location for Friday. Though it is far from my home, I am so so glad that we went ! The place is clean and tidy, the workers and the staff were very nice to me . We were seen on time and they took me back to do x rays and then the doctor saw me , all within a half an hour. Their technology for x rays is top notch and the doctor gave things to me straight and was very honest with me about everything. At the end , an ankle brace was suggested, they said theirs cost about 108 dollars but that I could find a cheaper one on Amazon and they even printed me out the Amazon listing! They cares about me enough to not charge me their over priced one and that showed that they valued my care and time for this appt. It was one of those places that you just feel comfortable at and you feel like you're in good hands! I would recommend the orthopedic center to anyone
