6/4 we decided eating at this buffet and selecting our meat choices, would be nice for lunch,…read moreapparently it been a year since we were here. I was glad to see there were people eating there and on the buffet was potato, egg salad, beets, black beans/rice (very good), mixed greens, diced tomatoes, avocados, olives....then beef/potatoes in gravy, sausages, liver and onions...and more were offered offered are at the buffet...down from there are the enclosed grills(?) that have the real meats-sirloin, beef ribs, chix breast wrapped in bacon, chix legs, etc. you say what you want and he shows you and you say as much as you want. Everything is weighted at the end, $12 s pound. There are tables around the corner to eat. They have breakfast and lunch till 5 pm; there are other times on weekends so one may need to call! Besides the buffet there is a store of products too-spices, cook wear, clothes, bakery items, canned goods, dry products, freezer item..etc

She is always so kind and cheerful. Besides that, they don't seem very friendly but I think that it's because of a language barrier. However, a smile and or a simple Hello would make folks feel better about choosing to spend their money there. I enjoy sitting in their spacious eating area. It is set off far enough from the food bar to enjoy your meal. I will definitely continue to have lunch there. I just love the authentic and freshly made food that they offer.

I really don't know where to begin with this review; the customer service, the husband and wife…read moreteam, the phenomenal selection of foods, the prices, or the ambience - all of of this worthy of 20 stars! Starting with a selection of food, it is such a wide variety accommodating various cultural food attributes. You can find anything from various types of cheeses to curry ketchup to sweets, to all sorts of jams and pastas, rices and accoutrement of other items that just is unbelievable! And if they don't have it, they might possibly be able to get it for you - just ask as they are open & accommodating. This leads into the prices without using competition names, their prices far beat those of the big chain box stores with a much better variety! Now onto the wife and husband. Most of our time was spent with the wife who is beyond knowledgeable of all of the different products in there. Either she herself has used them or she has customer feedback within a majority of it being her own personal experience. (I would love to try her homemade stuffed cabbage based upon how she described it). Any question we had she was able to talk about it in a way that we understood what she was saying and how we could incorporated into our cooking skills. She is a wealth of knowledge who does not mind talking to us because you could tell she values her customers. Even listening to her with other customers she takes the same level of care time and patience! Her husband also very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and customer centered. They also had a young man who was there who was extremely helpful. I can tell why their team is so happy because it starts at the top. This husband and wife duo truly take pride and what they're offering to their customers. They treat you like family and are beyond phenomenal. Among the prices, the selection, and the support you can never go wrong coming here

Our new favorite…read more Coming from a larger international city with a huge selection of asian mega-grocery stores, we've been pretty disappointed by the options in this area. We've tried a couple of the local shops over the years and were mostly turned off. But recently, when we got a hankering for some homemade curries, marinades, stir fries, and such, we went on the hunt for something better and finally stumbled on Dinosaur. They aren't really "supermarket" huge, but far larger then the shops we've tried in the area. Plenty of shelf staples from a variety of cuisines, at decent prices. And a good selection of meats and produce that you won't find in the Winn-Dixies, Publixes, or Whole Foods in the area, and you can't simply order shipped from Amazon. As a "foody tourist" in a shop like this, I'm not entirely self sufficient. I can tell my galangal from my ginger, and my choy sum from my bok choy, but I still get lost trying to find or identify some things. The shopkeeper there keeps busy managing her store, and I don't expect her to play "tour guide," but she does try to be helpful and work past the language barrier when I come up with questions. The place is clean and pretty well organized considering the wide variety of foods and countries that are represented. A gold mine of exotic foods we can't find anywhere else.
