The lack of star is for the chicken being a bit overdone, the somewhat lack of spinach (I was hoping to get a decent amount to be my vegetable I could have asked for a lot I suppose), but also because the pink sauce was a little lacking on the cream and was a little more on the tomato side. I prefer my pink sauces to be really rich and this one was just under my preference. Overall though I would definitely get it again! This was my first time ordering food at Steelcraft as I've never been too interested in trying any specific place. I was craving pasta and this seemed like a decent place and gladly it was! I ordered the Truffle Mushroom Cream Pasta which is rather simple but rich and satisfying. This pasta is very rich with it being a cream based sauce with cheese and a bit of truffle oil flavoring. The truffle aroma isn't strong and you can't really taste it, but you can tell it's there. I do think that the pasta could use a bit of texture as it can get tiring to eat something so indulgent and creamy. The spicy fusilli in a vodka sauce was a surprise hit. I don't usually go for this kind of pasta but I really enjoyed it. The texture of the fusilli helped hold onto the pasta sauce. I added sausage and spinach to mine which was the right choice. What I like is that you're able to pretty much customize your pasta. There's a list of things you can add at no extra cost as well as some protein options that you can pay extra for. I can definitely see myself coming back when I have that pasta craving and will try creating my own pasta next time. The food was great and came out piping hot after a bit of a wait. I also wouldn't mind coming to Steelcraft again in the future with friends since it's a pretty nice open outdoor setting.
