Although we we the first people there at 1pm for dine-in, there was a steady stream of take-out orders getting picked up, as well as other (mostly men) coming to dine. The chairs are wide and overstuffed, and the tables are just the right height. It's a, "have another bite" atmosphere. There are long prayers coming from the speakers. Even a non-Arabic speaker like me knows that, "Bismillah" doesn't rhyme! The better half's take on his kebab? "This is the best lamb I've ever had!". I thought the shwarma and fries were great, but the hummus served with warm pita, some fruity, green olive oil, and a sprinkling of sumac/ za'atar really knocked it out of the park. I was dipping my fries in it! We ended the meal with a long slice of pistachio backlava. Oh, so good!
