    Large Chicken Shawarma
    Elizabeth S.

Middle Eastern Flavors is great! You walk in and the menu is on a board on the left. They had a good amount of people working on a Sunday and they were very helpful when I was deciding between combos or the Shawarma. I opted for the large shawarma and we split fries. baba ghanoush, and hummus. HUGE portions of the sides and very reasonably priced. We ate in and they brought the food over VERY quickly. Super super nice people that work there. Super delicious and it seems like they are busy which is great because I'd like to see them stick around. Can't wait to go back for the chicken over rice. They have a cooler with cans of drinks if you are eating in as well so whether you choose take out or dine in, definitely a good stop

Wow! Great new find for us and happy we stopped in! Food was great and plentiful. I got the large shawrma combo and my wife for the large wrap. Easily enough food for two and a half meals. Home made pickles and baklava rounded it out for a tasty dinner! Prices were good and the owner was super friendly and welcoming. There is parking available on the street nearby and possibly in front? Not entirely sure as there were massive snow hills at the time we went.

I ordered a large chicken shawarma wrap. It was outstanding. The chicken was nice and juicy and the flavor and sauces they use here are fantastic. The shawarma is simple too, just chicken, some pickles, some sauces wrapped in a pita. No other vegetables being used as filler. The flavor does all the talking. You can also get shawarma over rice which I'll do next time. I didn't take a picture because the wrap was wrapped! It was good though. The gentlemen that was working whom I think is the owner was very friendly. The place is smaller but it does have a few tables but I think it's mainly a takeout place. If you're into shawarma as much as I am this one's a good one. They claim they have the best shawarma in Buffalo. I don't know about that but it's definitely in the discussion.

Come and support this family-run business! We came for takeout and our order was ready in just a few minutes. I ordered the large chicken shawarma which was 11 inches long. The chicken was deliciously seasoned and the pickles were SO crisp. When I asked what kind of pickles they were, he replied "normal, homemade". It also had a little garlic sauce on it but I wish there was more. Hot peppers were served on the side. Tip: get the large to save half for later. I also enjoyed half of a cheese bread and half of a Zatar bread with my shawarma, and would highly recommend both. I'm glad I saw baklava in the fridge before I left because I got some as well. It was made with chopped, not crushed, walnuts, and sprinkled with crushed pistachios. There's a few tables inside but it's small and warm inside because of the grill. The food was absolutely fantastic though, and I can't wait to come back again soon!

Hummus, Fattouch, tabbouleh, 3 large platters with beef and chicken shawarma and fries. The covered container had pita. Perfect!

Amazing fresh tasting food. Small family owned business. We had an office event catered and we are glad we went with them. So, helpful and kind.

I wanted something warm and healthy for dinner so I ordered a grilled vegetable rice bowl and asked to have the tomato cucumber salad left out. I cannot eat cucumbers and I abhor raw tomatoes. So I was expecting an assortment of grilled peppers on a bed of rice, as per the description, which looked and sounded delicious. What I received was cold rice, raw red peppers, two limp chili peppers, a heap of tomato cucumber salad, and a WHOLE BUNCH of raw cucumbers and tomatoes. Well the hummus looked okay. That's why they get one star. Uber was no help. They gave me a $5 credit. So now I have no dinner and no money. Avoid this place.

Delicious food, fast counter service, and great attention to detail when packing our remaining food when we had to leave unexpectedly. We are only in the area for our son's swim meet otherwise we'd return soon!

Best spinach pies and kibbeh I've had in awhile. I've been there twice and plan to return. Service was friendly and efficient.

Everything was incredible. The chicken was juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The rice paired so well with it--every bite hit. The sambusa was just as good--crispy on the outside with a flavorful, well-seasoned filling inside. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. Definitely coming back for more.

It's more of a takeout style place, but there is seating along both of the storefront windows. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The service was great. We chose to eat at the restaurant and they brought our food out to us. I ordered the mixed rice bowl (chicken & steak) and my cousin got the chicken. It was sooo tasty and flavorful. The rice was a perfect texture and not bland. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned. The beef was good too, but I preferred the chicken. The sauces to go on top were all great... Garlic sauce, hot sauce and a salsa-y sauce. The garlic was my favorite. The portion size was good too; it was enough for me to have 2 and a 1/2 lunches. My cousin really enjoyed her bowl as well. We saved room for dessert because, after all, it is called eats and treats! My cousin got the Dubai strawberry cup, but I didn't end up getting anything; my heart was set on kunafa, but since they were short staffed that day, it was not ready yet. I am not a big fan of milk chocolate, but my cousin shared a few bites of her dessert with me and I did enjoy it. The kataifi gave it a nice crunch. I do plan to visit again. I might call first to see if they have kunafa though because it is quite a drive for me to get there... And I don't want my inner fat kid to be disappointed again.

If you care to sit, the restaurant is galley-shaped: Food prep area on the left, comfortable chairs and bench seats on the right. The menu is huge and varied. I had the lamb shawarma, and because it was after 2pm, I could no longer order it a la carte. However, this was a blessing as the combo gave me a chance to try more of their food, and everything was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. There are posted signs at the register that a surcharge of 3.5% is added unless you're paying cash. I'm looking forward to returning with my family for their lentil soup, fattoush salad, babaganoush, and hummus. Chilled beverages and tea for purchase; no alcohol allowed on the premises. Very family friendly.
