AJ and Justin made my dream car come to life! I told them what I was looking for in a Ford Bronco and they made it happen. The buying process was so fast and smooth. Will always come back here!

Great overall service. Made the buying purchase quick and efficient. Family owned dealership with employees that have stayed at this dealership for decades showing the great environment. I purchased a Mercedes from this dealership and got a fantastic deal showing they are able to work with their clients

I have been doing business with al packer for over 15 years and unfortunately this will be my last time with them. Ironically my father worked for them so some of my fondest childhood memories are playing in the cars as a little boy while my dad worked so it's unfortunate I have to leave these reviews. Communication between kyle service manager and tim operations manager were not great as they had to step in for their newer service advisor mikey downs as he was not communicating as well. They had my vehicle for 8 days to change a water pump, oil change and battery install. They also overcharged me for a battery that on their website and fords website is quoted at 199.00 but tim the ops manager said we don't sell those batteries and charged me 249.00. Yet the exact battery on the promotion for 199.00 is the one installed in my truck. We all know dealerships are known to do some shady things and unfortunately I've worked for a few dealers so I know what goes on behind the scene but blatant sales misconduct is unacceptable and keeping me out of vehicle for 8 days to change a water pump is also unacceptable given I had already made an appt so they knew I was coming in for a noise to be diagnosed. If they were that backed up I could have come back another week. All of this is unfortunate as I have bought two vehicles from al packer and done all my service here but that is done with. I tried emailing both general managers of both locations and did not get responses as well

This is for the collision center. I took my car in for two minor nicks near the bumper. Both about a quarter inch in diameter. When we received the car those two were repaired however a new two inch scrape was discovered. It looked like a sander got away from the person who was doing the repair. See photo. I spoke to the manager. He didn't know how that happened. So Al Packer refused to fix it. Don't take your car there for body work.

Guess I should have read reviews before leaving my car here...Check engine light came on due to a recall on the VCT's (for the second time). Made an appointment to bring it in. I was treated rather rudely by the woman at the desk telling me I couldn't just bring my car in for a recall. I told her it wasn't there for a recall that it was there because I made an appointment because the check engine light was on. Because of the recall the car was under warranty, so we were also entitled to a rental. But they no longer have rentals on site, so we wound up waiting for a shuttle to Hertz....quite a distance away. This piece of the fiasco took me 2.5 hours door to door from Palm Beach Gardens. Soooo....fast forward....my Lincoln all on my phone goes off with various things..,then loses all my info. Then we get a call that they can't get into the car, the battery is now dead, and the valet key wasn't in the casing. Miss rude service manager tells my husband "she doesn't have it" and that we didn't leave it. Ummmm....seriously? So we grab our second key and go running out, and the same witch comes out and shows me the casing and tries to tell us again we didn't leave it with the car. I told her I never use the valet key and she better find what they did with it, but left the second key. I then asked why the batteries dead and she tells me that it's because it sat for 10 days, which I know is at least partially untrue because of my phone app going off that they were doing something. And the battery was fine when I left it there. But now I get more crap from her. We're told a new battery cost 190. Ok fine at this point I'm just done. Then almost two weeks later "it's ready". My husband who has limited mobility made the trek out to pick up the truck when they said it was ready and....it's dead again? So they get it started and oh look....someone left the parking lights on...so now the service manager "wants to go through it". So now we're at a full two weeks driving this awful Volkswagen that pulls to the left when the wind changes direction and sucks gas like no one's business, and the cost of battery was was 312...not 190 plus 6 as we were quoted from our "friend". And she still claims that the battery died on its own and not because they left the lights on. And we get the car back...aaaaaand it still doesn't sound right. And despite the fact it was "cleaned" it's covered in fingerprints and there was trash on the back floor. But the check engine lights off....at this point the husbands afraid the car is going to nothing but cost us money once the warranty is gone....so we're trading it in as I type. But we certainly won't be going back to the Lincoln dealership. At least as long as that troll of a service manager is around. Yeah I'm disappointed as despite the service issue I liked the truck itself....but I refuse to have anything to do with the Al Packer Lincoln Service department ever again. And then they don't even bother resetting the clock? And then the trim was broken off the drink holder in the back (and I know it wasn't that way when I left off). Al was a friend of my grandfather's. They met thru the industry. They were both high on customer service. Make me sad to think this is what's happened to his legacy.

    My new F-150 at home.

Two weeks ago I purchased my new F-150 at this dealership I got there at 6:30 and by 8:00 when they were closing I was driving out in my new truck. Ed Rodriguez the salesman could not have been any nicer, more knowledgeable and helped move the sail right along. Finance was a breeze and while I was in there they transferred the stuff from one truck to the other. So I was able to drive right off. Also to say the price could not have been beat. It was a 2024 for the price had been reduced whereas when I was in other dealerships they were in full sticker and more. I was worried with all the new tariffs coming in that they would have text something on to the price of the truck but no like I said it was discounted. I took it back the following Monday to have the new bed liner put in it, in and out in no time flat. And also introduce me to Steven parts, and Mikey as my service agent. I feel like part of the family now. Thank you Al Packer West Palm Beach.

The service staff were friendly and attentive, however, it shouldn't take 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment.

Another 7-8 days for it to arrive. Once arrived a third party company, Executive Tag & Title Svcs., that holds the title for the finance company, sent a message saying they would take care of getting the vehicle registered. I was not informed by the dealership of this process. I called Executive Tag & Title Svcs. company, to ask a question on the same day that they reached out. Their representative did not reply for another three weeks. On November 3rd the Oregon temporary tags expired, so I was able to get a 30 day moving permit from the Nevada DMV. That temp permit expired on December 3rd. Then after submitting the requested documents, they submitted my document packet to the Nevada DMV. It has taken another 8 weeks for the DMV to issue registration and license plates on December 30, 2025. But Executive Tag & Title Svcs. company had the registration package sent to the dealership in Oregon "at the request of the dealership". So as of today the vehicle still does not have license plates. In the meantime the vehicle was issued a citation of $75 for not having up to date registration by local authorities. Because the vehicle is titled under my company name, I had to get commercial insurance before applying for registration, which costs more than $400 per month. So the vehicle has been sitting idle in front of my house for the last two months, while I'm out of $800 in insurance costs, and two monthly loan payments amounting to nearly $2k.
