On day two we woke up to 45 degree weather and discovered that the heater didn't work either. On day the three we woke up to a horrible smell. We discovered that the grey water tank was 1/3 full and the black water tank was 2/3 full. Yes, that's right; they sent us on our way with a tank full of someone else's waste. Fuller RV refused to discuss the situation with us and ushered us out the door. This company could actually make you sick. Stay safe, healthy and stay away from Fuller RV.

I immediately submitted a case with Progressive Roadside Assistance today at 1:35pm and was matched with Pro Tech Towing in Waltham. I'm still researching chairs and I'm not eager to get one online with out seeing it first. However, I need a chair. I tried to give my money to the brick and mortar store but it was a total failure. When there are no more stores available, it will be because of situations like this. Obviously I can't rate how you'll be treated if you go there to shop. But most people I know that are actively looking are not capable of going because they don't have any chair and/or are home bound.

But, in fairness to the tow guys, they have a list, they get to your car when they get to it. If that is unacceptable, I understand, you should call for a private tow and pay up. For me, the roadside assistance service I used called Atlantis Towing. The guy at Atlantis returned my call when I called to ask about when they were coming and, on top of that, was kind and polite. I left the car for him to tow and headed home (leaving the keys where he instructed me to for him). He sent me a picture when the tow was completed. It was a bad day for me (I mean, the very definition of a bad day is having to call for a tow!) and he was the bright spot - kind and responsive. I see all the bad reviews listed here, but I suspect some of that is that when you need a tow, you are beginning the interaction in one of your worst days. For me, my worst day was made less worse by having Atlantis Towing help me out. Thank you Nathan!
