Right away, I noticed that all the keys he left looked like copies rather than original manufacturer keys. I later followed up to ask why I hadn't received an original key with a brand-new lock. During that conversation, instead of addressing my question, he repeatedly said, "I don't remember you," at least six times. I had already acknowledged that I reached out later than I should have and did not expect him to remember me. My only concern was understanding why I didn't receive an original key. From the beginning of that interaction, he came across as defensive and did not clearly answer my question.
