Extremely professional, very skilled. Installed a complicated mortise lock within an hour with no issues. Had to drill a couple of new holes and filled the existing holes with wood chips. Painstakingly stained those chips to match the exterior and interior (2 different stains). Also fixed a door knob that fell out of a bedroom door within 2 minutes. Had been causing us problems for years. Wish all locksmiths were so knowledgeable, skilled, professional and nice. Michael was amazing. Fleetwood is responsive, professional and actually REALLY KNOW what they are doing. I've worked with Mike and Paul on the phone on two separate occasions and they really look at the problem and see if they can solve it. No BS, false promises or ineptitude. I have wasted my time with other lock/key smiths who break locks instead of solving the problem. These are definitely my go to people. Worth the money for reliable and professional service. I'm not a fan of giving negative reviews or even reviews at ALL. But after having the worst experience in losing my only car key I had to dance around getting scammed by everyone. I specifically went to this location because the dealership told me it would be around $35 to get my car key done at this location. I walked in the door had to wait for a while and right of the bat I didn't see many happy faces and had an idea were this was going to go. The first thing I was asked was if I had someone to program my key to the car and I told them no. At this point I just wanted my car key and get my car up and going. The minute I asked for the price to get my key programmed I was told it would be $250. Me knowing that I could do it myself I told them that it was fine that I was just going to program the key myself. When I asked for the price to get the key done I was told it was $70 not the $35 I was told at the dealership. At this point I just wanted my key done so that I can program the key to the car. After they realized I was not going to get my keys programmed the gentleman warned me that they weren't responsible if the key didn't work. This is the moment I realized he was preparing me to come back again and spend more money. So I asked him how many times does it happen to you that the key does not work and he said not that often but it happens. So we walked back and changed some digits for the coding that he had already entered before. Luckily my key worked but I would never go back there again after not being guaranteed I was going to be satisfied in my purchase. No price posted so be prepared to pay what they think you are willing to pay. read more

Unfortunately Fleetwood Lock and Alarm who has been around forever does not understand the concept of customer loyalty, credibility and reputation. We HAD (key word) been customers of Fleetwood Lock and Alarm for decades and had asked them to come look at our keypad for resetting the code to enter the garage. The technician came and reset the password which took all of 5 minutes and then invoiced us for over $60 dollars. I'm not really sure how that math adds up but if there are jobs paying $60 for 5 minutes, then I think all of us are in the wrong profession and should submit resumes to Fleetwood Lock and Alarm since that math adds up to $720 an hour. After trying to explain the completely unreasonable charge for the services, which any person would, they refused to budge on the charge even after explaining our decades long loyalty to the company. So the business model here clearly was collect the $60 and loose potential future revenue as a result. Either way I would STAY AWAY from this place and it is clear they are out to SCAM YOU on unreasonable charges. read more

Fleetwood's service and customer experience is second to none. I have purchased and had installed complete sets of locks for two houses over the past few years. Mike bends over backwards for his customers to make sure they are 100% happy and receive what they are supposed to. Price and service are top notch. I would recommend them to everyone. read more

Nice friendly neighborhood store. I went there to get a door chime to replace my coop's old one. Paul explained to me how the mechanisms work, and helped me figure out how to fit it correctly on the door, since it wasn't an exact fit. Kudos to Paul for making it easy for me. read more
