One time I suggested upping one of my son's meds and Dr Ahmed explained how that particular med needed to be used and prescribed a different med which turned out to be what was needed. He is a psychiatrist, not a psychologist. If you're looking for someone to listen to all your problems go to a psychologist. Dr Ahmed is there to prescribe the proper medication, which I believe he has done. My son has improved tremendously since being in his care. The staff has always been wonderful and worked with me to schedule and re-schedule appointments. Never had an issue. I would recommend this doctor to anyone and disregard the nasty comments.
