We were requested for an inspection by this company's roadside mobile medics or whatever the scammers were. A man named Joshua Cork. I encountered multiple instances of poor customer service. Instead of using the company's webmail, "Joshua" uses its Gmail account. Communication was severely lacking, with delays in responding. My concerns and inquiries weren't taken seriously, leaving me frustrated and confused about the status of my project. " We are super busy and will call you later. We will send you the inspection report at the end of the day. We are working on it and compiling data then sending it to you. What disappoints me the most is the apparent lack of accountability. There was no acknowledgment of the mistakes made, and no effort was made to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience caused. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening. The whole management is the same fraud, so if you want quick service or if you need assistance, don't go there. Despite sending a complaint email to their email address, they don't respond to you even after you request your requested stuff or work for which you have paid. They like to blame everything but themselves for selling a lemon. I asked either to overhaul the heater in my brand new camper or replace it. And still nothing. These people are pathetic. They didn't have the part, but could order it and have it in three days. Not my favorite option but we're talking and axle. 10 minutes later they called me back. They had a used part that would work for my RV. I was thrilled as They were willing to do the work on Saturday. The price was very reasonable for the time and effort they put into our issue. Everyone was informative. They showed us the broken parts and gave us recourse to deal with the manufacturer of the parts, which broke on a one year old trailer with less than 2000 miles. This should not happen. They have lots of products in the retail store. There are plenty of beautiful RVs for sale as well. I wish we had purchased our RV here. I felt they had my best interest in mind not theirs. Give these people your business. You will not be disappointed.

We drove over an hour--twice--to pick up the promised grill, but it still was not available. A manager eventually said it would be mailed to us. More than a month later, another employee refused to mail it, saying shipping would cost too much, and promised it would be ready at the dealership on September 23, 2026. As of 2:45 p.m., no one had contacted us. The issue is not just the grill--it is the repeated promises, lack of follow-through, and dismissive customer service after the sale. I would not recommend RV Roadway based on this experience.

After speaking with the manager, Josh, regarding a specific Venture RV, I was explicitly assured that the unit was in "like-new" condition and that he "couldn't find a scratch on it." Because Josh knew I was driving 427 miles from North Carolina, he looked me in the eye over the phone and promised he would not mislead me. Trusting his word, I made the trip. Upon arrival, the actual condition of the two-year-old camper was completely unacceptable and nowhere near what was advertised: The front gel cap was badly faded and yellowing. The oven door was rusted. The slide-out left a massive, deep black scuff mark across the floor. The interior booth cushions were stained. Adhesive LED strip lights had been carelessly ripped from the upper walls, leaving extensive scuffs and cosmetic damage. The unit looked as though it had been neglected in a muddy field for two years. When I understandably declined the purchase, Josh attempted to pivot and offer a "deal" on a completely different RV. I did not drive nearly 900 miles round-trip for an alternative deal; I came for the specific vehicle we agreed upon. They are a machine in selling. and a door stop in service. In both campers I had gotten some items repaired, but only the easy things. If it requires being a champion for you to the manufacturer or seemingly doing difficult jobs you get the "that's normal" excuse and are stonewalled after that. This last visit they had the unit a month, made a few minor repairs (though they did say they were awaiting parts) and at the end..... the one main issue the camper had..... You guessed it. "Oh, that's normal." I'd checked other units and talked to others on camping forums.... It's not normal. And what parts could they have been waiting on that long?!? Never going back to this sorry excuse for a dealership again. Nor will I recommend them.
