We were requested for an inspection by this company's roadside mobile medics or whatever the scammers were. A man named Joshua Cork. I encountered multiple instances of poor customer service. Instead of using the company's webmail, "Joshua" uses its Gmail account. Communication was severely lacking, with delays in responding. My concerns and inquiries weren't taken seriously, leaving me frustrated and confused about the status of my project. " We are super busy and will call you later. We will send you the inspection report at the end of the day. We are working on it and compiling data then sending it to you. What disappoints me the most is the apparent lack of accountability. There was no acknowledgment of the mistakes made, and no effort was made to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience caused. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening. The whole management is the same fraud, so if you want quick service or if you need assistance, don't go there. Despite sending a complaint email to their email address, they don't respond to you even after you request your requested stuff or work for which you have paid. Well come to find out in the mountains of Tennessee the heater didn't work. It was 65 degrees with the heater on with only the fan running and the pilot light turning off and on. Sent them an email about the issue again. This is the third time! The tech guy calls and said maybe it's the lines from the propane, dude the heater hasn't worked from day one nothing is clogged up. They like to blame everything but themselves for selling a lemon. I asked either to overhaul the heater in my brand new camper or replace it. And still nothing. These people are pathetic. I spent almost $40,000 on a broken camper that was supposedly brand new and a 2026. Do not buy from the people! I'm still waiting for a call back, I'm not holding my breath. We were told the warranty claims were denied. They tried to charge an additional 2,000 dollars. I contacted Forest river and discovered that no warranty claims were even made. In fact they never registered either camper as being sold even after 11 months past purchase. My in laws camper went to the service department for a month to be washed and for a 42 point inspection. They picked it up and went straight to a campground and when they connected the water it was leaking all up under the camper. The service department takes your money but does none of the work requested. The extra warranties are a scam and are non existent.

Extremely Disappointed - Dishonest Representation and 900+ Mile Wasted Trip…read moreI am deeply disappointed with the dishonest sales practices at Great American RV Superstore in Calera, Alabama. After speaking with the manager, Josh, regarding a specific Venture RV, I was explicitly assured that the unit was in "like-new" condition and that he "couldn't find a scratch on it." Because Josh knew I was driving 427 miles from North Carolina, he looked me in the eye over the phone and promised he would not mislead me. Trusting his word, I made the trip. Upon arrival, the actual condition of the two-year-old camper was completely unacceptable and nowhere near what was advertised: The front gel cap was badly faded and yellowing. The oven door was rusted. The slide-out left a massive, deep black scuff mark across the floor. The interior booth cushions were stained. Adhesive LED strip lights had been carelessly ripped from the upper walls, leaving extensive scuffs and cosmetic damage. The unit looked as though it had been neglected in a muddy field for two years. When I understandably declined the purchase, Josh attempted to pivot and offer a "deal" on a completely different RV. I did not drive nearly 900 miles round-trip for an alternative deal; I came for the specific vehicle we agreed upon. Taking advantage of out-of-state buyers by misrepresenting inventory is incredibly unprofessional. I highly recommend potential buyers look elsewhere if they value honesty and respect for their time
