Imagine carting your entire family to four or five recitals to watch your child dance for two minutes per show? Oh, and you'll need to buy tickets to all these different shows for everyone at $20 each, including even your dancer! The classes are usually taught by current or former members of the professional company. The instruction is very high quality. Classes are offered for children aged three and up, as well as adult ballet classes for beginning and intermediate dancers. Children of the ballet school school often participate in the company's annual production of George Balanchine's Nutcracker, which is an awesome experience for children! This Dance school is a JOKE. Yes my child is a boy, but I do not push him to be a girl in any ways…read more Boys can dance, Patrick Swayze, michael Jackson, usher, Chris brown.... So my son is only 2 they don't offer hip hop classes but none the less I still wanted him in dance to start learning fundamentals. I CALLED THE OWNER ROBIN BEFORE THE SCHOOL YEAR EVEN STARTED ABOUT CONCERNS OF HIM BEING THE ONLY BOY... she assured me he would be just fine that her kids danced at young ages. Here we are more than 1/2 way through the dance season and my son has not been involved in ANY of his dance class photos (not a single one!!), she refers to the dance class of "princesses", when she CLEARLY HAD A PRINCE IN THERE, and then she has the audacity to order my son a GIRLS DANCE RECITAL COSTUME.. then failed to tell me I had to learn this information from his school!!! I emailed her about my concerns and instead of apologizing she said "thanks for the email" THIS LADY ROBIN IS A JOKE AND I SUGGEST TAKIKG YOUR KIDS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
