Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach the billing department. When I called the office for assistance, they were unable to help and simply transferred me back to billing, where no one answers the phone. To make matters worse, the note on the bill threatened collections. I attempted to pay the balance online, but the Phreesia payment system froze and would not complete the transaction. At this point, I have tried every available option: The billing department does not answer calls. The office staff cannot answer billing questions. Calls are routed back to billing with no resolution. The online payment system is not functioning. The physicians may provide good care, but the administrative and billing experience has been unacceptable. If patients cannot get answers to billing questions or make payments through the available channels, there are serious organizational issues that need to be addressed. Unfortunately, this experience has earned a well-deserved one-star review..

Check in was different because you utilized kiosks in this building that gave you a suite number upon completion. You then went through a door that led you to a long hallway of booths/office stations with suite numbers. Find yours, check in again with the individual at your designated suite and await being called for your appointment. I will say that the person I came in contact with to check in at my suite was lackluster. Could have been having a long day. Working with the public can be a drag. Not rude... just had no personality. Although it took a while to be seen - my physician was thorough, knowledgeable and willing to address any questions or concerns I may have had at the time. Pre pay for your parking garage ticket to get out faster on the floor before the main exit.

Supposedly 3 at this location. All I ever get is a recorded phone message !!! Never in my life have I been so disgusted with doctors offices or maybe their receptionist or secretaries... who knows?? She is knowledgeable, professional, and someone I have felt confident following medically. However, over the last couple of years, my annual appointments have consistently been with a physician assistant rather than with Dr. Leong. Unfortunately, my experiences with this provider have been disappointing. I have felt talked over during visits, not fully listened to, and at times treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. I raised these concerns previously and was told I would not have to see this provider again, yet at my most recent visit I was scheduled with her again. The most concerning experience occurred when I became extremely ill. My wife called the office to request medication for nausea and was told that if we did not hear back, we should check the pharmacy. There was no follow-up call and no prescription sent. For a patient of more than two decades, that lack of communication and care felt dismissive and unacceptable. I still have respect for Dr. Leong, but the overall patient experience has declined. Long-term patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for -- especially when acutely ill. I hope the practice and anyone thinking of joining takes this feedback seriously.

Dr. Neil Meadows is excellent. This 119 facility is now Complete Health by UAB. This facility is really loaded. It's a smaller version of Kirkland Clinic and it appears they do it all. For those whom don't know, this was formally One-Nineteen by St. Vincents.
