I feel this mall has a lot of potential and took a pic of the directory so you could see all the stores that are there. Again, I came here to exchange something at Bath and Body Works, which worked out great. Women's restroom near the food court was clean and stocked. For a late Monday morning, the mall wasn't too busy.

Saw the price then I put it back down and went to talk to my husband about it and the employee that was there working asked me if I was going to buy the shirt and I said no and she was like what about the shirt in your pocket. That was my phone which I showed her and at that time we left. I spoke with Brian about this situation. He said he would handle it.. But still that is not right at all. So be warned. You wear a sweater and have your hand on your phone in the front pocket the lady here will think you are stealing. So I advise you don't so you won't be accused of stealing like I was.

On multiple social media platforms, including Yelp and Facebook, the owner frequently responds to negative reviews in a combative and personal manner. While no business is immune from unfair complaints, publicly attacking customers rather than responding professionally reflects poorly on this establishment. These responses are easily searchable and speak for themselves. I strongly recommend reviewing these interactions before choosing to do business here. In addition, the owner has been openly vocal online about political positions. Business owners are entitled to their beliefs, however, when those views are publicly promoted in connection with the business, they become part of the brand. While I know many individuals in the area may share these positions, consumers who are mindful of where they direct their spending, particularly in today's political climate, may want to consider this context. Beyond the online presence, my in-store experiences have also been disappointing. On more than one occasion, employees have failed to greet or acknowledge me, and I have stood at the counter waiting for assistance while staff members walked by without engaging. Although many staff members appear to be high school students, which is not inherently problematic, a basic level of attentiveness and customer service is expected and doesn't go unnoticed. Everything I looked at had a price tag that seemed reasonable. Staff that rang us up were very friendly too. We spent about 20 minutes meandering through, purchasing 4 items totaling $66.00.
