We side to side top to bottom changed around on foundation several times in this 4 month time. The foundation was not sagging & very good, not a problem there. Unable to flip over the mattress as construction is one side up only. Went to store about this sagging & they said mattress under independent warranty service in CA & gave us a # which did not work. Called Comfort City back & they said would call the warranty Co & call us back. They never called us back. We called again the following week & still no answer to our Sagging mattress. Now we are into our 4th week with no answers to our sagging. mattress & now 8 months into our purchase. After another 6months the mattress is very bad & we are sleepless in North Idaho. We tried again to get a replacement but we're told we have to send it to CA warranty center, we pay shipping! We went to Costco & bought a Novaform queen mattress for $600:00 plus tax in Feb. 2023 We have great nights sleep since. Today's date 2-17-25. The bathrooms are generally pretty icky, and this is one area where the employees at this location could definitely improve. The customer service is also mixed. I've had horrible experiences with employees that left me baffled and extremely disappointed, barely palpable and non-memorable interactions that were negative or neutral, and a very small number of genuinely pleasant exchanges with certain employees. The pricing is standard for T.J. Maxx which means expensive and quickly adds up. Overall, I'd still recommend checking this location out for the fun of finding something cute and unique. Just be mindful of the sharks for employees!

Their selection was bigger than I expected, with both soft and hard shell cases, and the price ranges were pretty good and fair. I found a Lucas brand light-weight (not familiar with this brand) semi-hard shell case with 2-inch expander and 360 wheels for $80 bucks. The inside had a full zip enclosure with 2 zip pouches and 2 scrunch pockets, which was what I was looking for. Check-out line was kinda long but again to be expected during holiday season. With that said, I noticed employees worked diligently and kept the line moving.

I have said this because 3 times in the past 10 days I have gone to Home Depot, the recording yes they have propane, and three times when I drive over there they are out and they said they were out "yesterday" so the recording is useless. I drove over to Ace, a fella immediately came out and exchanged my tank for a tank that was a 2025, without even asking he did this extra service for me which I appreciate greatly. I generally really like the Ace Hardware, they arent perfect as some of their younger girls up front have given me the wrong change twice, I said ever think about counting a persons change back? neither of them knew what I was talking about, hah, the modern world.
