We spent some time late morning the next day on August 16 2020 in downtown CDA. Stopped here to buy a truckers hat of the CDA official emblem since I've seen people down in Treasure Valley wear CDA apparel from time to time. It was $30 for a hat logo but I've gotten a good and fair use since I've worn it a lot ever since, both down in Treasure Valley and in Southern California visiting loved ones. The staff were good too. Since my birthday was the day prior to visiting their business they willingly gave me a sticker free of charge. I've been wanting to come again someday to CDA on another trip up the Idaho Panhandle like the one I took in the Summer of 2020. Maybe there will be something else I want here. If there is I will be more than happy to stop by again

From what I could tell there were four men working the gun counter. At times, two men working on the same paperwork. A total of two customers when I walked in. All 4 employees grumbling about what they were doing. Not one even did so much as make eye contact with me for the entire 34 minutes I stood there. I picked out a scope base and scope rings. I left the scope rings and bass on the counter right over top of the scope I had wanted to purchase. I've never had a worse experience at a business in my entire life. There's no excuses for not even acknowledging someone's presence. I've bought many guns and spent a ton of money at North 40 but won't be in the future. North 40s prices are great and I thought I'd give my business to a brick and mortar versus ordering online. With what I experienced today I'm convinced Midway USA will get me my product quicker. They altered the bodice of my mom's old wedding dress to make it more my style and fit me like a glove and then made me a custom skirt to replace her wine stained one. My dress was so perfect and I have friends who said they may come from out of state just to work with such an amazing shop for their big day.
