Watched three other walk ins needing tires replaced get serviced before my vehicle was. The entire appointment took 3 hours to replace 3 tires, and they tried to upsell me twice during the 3 hours. Finally, I demanded my vehicle back and asked the Manager what took so long. He stated that he had a new technician learning on the job. I asked him about a discount due to the extended wait time and walk-ins being serviced before me and he said there would be no discount. I would never recommend this particular location to anyone that needs service quickly. Very poor customer service, I know if I make someone wait 2X or 3X longer than they should have waited then I would issue my deepest apologies and a discount. The male Manager at this store did neither he just stood there with a confused look on his face as to why I was asking for a discount. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET BACK ON THE ROAD QUICKLY.

We were driving on the highway, this Mavis has an excellent location, on the way up north when we ran over a random tire in the middle of the road. it Damaged some parts of the car. we went there on a Saturday. It was pretty busy. Service was polite and excellent. We got seen rather quickly and we really appreciate that. The guy who worked on our car, I'm not sure his name, was friendly and fast and efficient and accurate. I wish I'd gotten his name, but he was a very nice, fit, bald Caucasian male. he knew a lot about cars and made our experience and our time worth it. I wish I had gotten his name :/ we had an excellent experience there. Plus the auto shop is clean. They have a nice area and there's plenty of parking. All in all, given the necessity and the time crunch we had we had an excellent experience here!

However they gave me options of scheduling for another day, filling a cancellation if one became available or leaving my car and picking it up at the end of the day so they could work it in between appointments. We told them again we would be in late that same week for the truck. Jan 16, Friday, we called to pay for the repair by phone, so we could pickup our truck Saturday . We were told they had not even started our repair yet! I scrambled to call around to find a rental car for the weekend. I finally found one available at Budget-it cost $300! We drove there first thing Monday, only to find they had just pulled our truck into the shop then proceeded told us that they had no idea when they would finish the job that it could take a few more days! I was very upset and told him how he cost us money and he did not care. He admitted he lost the keys and waited 5 days before calling us to tell us! He also admitted he failed to get our truck into the shop in over 3 weeks time, knowing we were coming back to no vehicle and he then admitted not having anyone let us know it was still not completed or why. No follow up, no customer service. NO APOLOGIES AT ALL. JUST AN OBSTINTANT and ARROGANT ATTITUDE. ONLY INCOMPETANCE FROM THE START. I would not trust this place, as they have proven to be unreliable and incompetent when you need them most!
