Aladdin review Two days ago I had to do something that I'm sure everyone thinks they will never have to do. I had to call a bail bonds company. My first thought was Aladdin, because of the commercials I saw and would always think, "I will never need that." Well, a few days ago I was in desperate help and by calling Aladdin, the unknown process was explained and carried out thoroughly. My phone call was received by Marlene Hermosillo. She was very kind and considerate of my needs and completely helped me from beginning to end. Since it was around 930 in the evening, Marlene suggested we sign e-documents. She was clear about all the payments required and how the process worked. Marlene genuinely cared and should be proud of her excellent service. After payment was approved, and the detention center cleared my husband, it was only a few hours for the whole process from the first phone call to the drive down to pick up him up. The next morning, we went to our local office where Javier Rodriguez greeted us at the door. He offered us refreshments and began explaining what the next steps we needed to take. He was very professional and was thorough in all areas. Javier made us feel that there was hope and made sure we had all the required paperwork. Both Marlene and Javier have excellent customer service and truly cared about our situation. They never rushed us and answered any questions we had. They also worked with me to make payments on the remaining amount of the bond I have left to pay. I'm so dissatisfied with a certain worker at this location by the name of Marlene. This is the second time I call to ask a question and the rudeness of her response left me amazed that she is even a part of this establishment. I've dealt various times with alladin bailbonds and have nothing but the greatest respect for their services which are fast and very dependable always happy to assist you with every question you may have in the time of desperate need. Rude and inconsiderate staff. Mean mugged by a person who looks like a felon himself. Every interaction whether on the phone or in person is a new stressful reminder of that one bad day the put you in a position to have to call these people in the first place. Please don't call the first number in the phone book like I did. These people are the worst. read more
