I am an attorney based out of Riverside. One of my clients posted a bond with the Bail Hotline. My client was released with a pending court hearing for August 12, 2021 in San Bernardino Superior Court. However charges were not filed against him by the date of the court hearing and the bond was exonerated. Three weeks later, the District Attorney file charges against my client. My client went back to the Bail Hotline in Rialto, California and asked them to re-post the bond, which is something typical that bail bond companies do without recharging the entire fee but the Bail Hotline refused to re-post the bond and wanted to charge him the entire $10k fee all over again. This is so wrong, and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage. I would not recommend their service to anyone who needs a bail bondsman. read more

They were very reassuring which put me at ease. They also kept great contact and followed up to make sure the release process went smooth sailing. I had high expectations walking into this place but I was quickly let down due to the unprofessional demeanor of one of the agents named Juan. My daughter and I came in mid day on a Monday afternoon and Juan was the only agent in the office during that time. He was very pushy, unattentive to our questions/concerns and extremely flirtatious with my daughter. The agent had no intent on explaining anything to us probably because he was high! Yup! Having a wax pen in your pocket during work hours is unprofessional buddy!!! Someone please get the kid a different profession ASAP before he lowers the company's reputation. This place has been very helpful and affordable. I will like to say Amber was very helpful and exceeds her expectations. I was very devastated when she was transferred to a different office. Most of the other employees have also been very helpful, except for one employee that tried to hustle me for extra money. The con part about it is that he is still working for them because he is a relative of the owners, however that will have been grounds for termination. In addition, I have spoken to the owners of the company and are very pleasant to speak to and have worked with me as well offered their assistance. read more
