Thoroughly inspected the (gas) fireplace, provided great direction in terms of maintenance of the lava rocks the logs, the whole setup, and got up on the roof to inspect the top of the fireplace and the flue, and even rearranged the gas logs in a formation that is absolutely perfect and I never plan to touch again. All done quickly, incredibly pleasantly and helpfully, and at a VERY reasonable price and a great value. I wouldn't hesitate for a SECOND rehiring Lucky Cricket!

Now why in the world would a serviceman need to know who pays the bills when I'm getting a basic service on a subscription? And he asked that before he even looked at my system. My "service" was a high pressure sales job to buy $10k worth of additions for my AC. Immediately! Now! Or I could DIE! Apparently, I went from getting a AC service to being in a life threatening situation: lung disease and cancer if I don't upgrade. Or my system might have been installed upside down. My system is relatively new. I have never been told by a workman that it was installed upside down or was holding toxic black mold spores. Good try asshats. I have been trying to cancel my service for three months! I have left messages, sent emails, disputed it with my credit card company. They will not cancel, but they keep leaving messages asking if I am satisfied with their service. I have since moved out of state--and they are still charging me. My ex husband is a veteran. Normally I try to support our veterans. But even vets can be scammers and opportunists. Embarrassing for our country.

The sales person after discussing all the options recommended before I replace the unit, to have it evaluated. Kyle from Samson and Sons came out and performed a mirid of tests both electrical and mechanical including pressure testing. He found a couple of corroded wires which he replaced at no additional charge and also made sure that the evaporator condensate drain line was clear and flowing properly. In the end he recommended that we not replace the unit as it was running well within manufacturers specifications. He recommended that we run it until it dies. As a company who is in the business of selling new HVAC systems they had every motivation to recommend a replacement but did not. When my unit does die, I will only purchase its replacement from Samson and Sons!

We were able to get an appointment quickly. Lucas showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He was professional and thorough. The last people who owned the home had an addiction to the plug-in air fresheners, and the house had an overwhelming smell of air freshener. Cleaning the ducts greatly reduced the smell in the home. Lucas also cleaned the dryer vent, which was completely clogged and could have been a fire hazard had we not had it cleaned. It was simultaneously fun and gross to see everything that came out of the duct work and dryer vent. They gave me an estimate to clean the carpet and take care of the smell. I waited until having a separate mold inspection and had the come. Arturo was nice to remove wood from the bed I no longer needed and put it in my garage. After he finished, it looked great including removing dark black spots I couldn't get out. The smell was gone and the overall improvement was great. He was able to grove me a reduced rate so seemed very reasonable to me. The carpet is about 30 years old and looks so much better.
