I'm really pleased with this carpet cleaning service! When I called to make an appointment, Jason was really nice and helpful. Michael was our technician and he called 30 minutes before arrival and showed up almost exactly a half an hour later. He was professional and polite and did a great job. Our carpets feel as if they've been revived back to life. Not only are they clean, but their bounce is back and feel almost new. The apartment complex I just left asked me to get my carpets cleaned upon moving out, and while I was irritated by that at first (not the fault of the cleaners of course), I had a great experience with Regal! When I called they were polite and helpful, and it was overall a very simple process. They had tons of time slots available so I had no problem scheduling a time that worked for me. Since I wasn't going to be home at the time they came to clean the carpets, they allowed me to leave cash on the counter for the cleaners who came. It was only $48 for my one bedroom apartment which I thought was a pretty good deal. When I came back the next day the carpets were cleaned wonderfully! The carpet cleaning service was as expected, however as a service provider that enters people's homes during a pandemic, I was a bit surprised and uncomfortable that at no time did he wear a mask or try to social distance from us when interacting with my husband and I. My husband and mother are both immuno-compromised, and had I known that this would have been the case I wouldn't have hired this company to provide a service. I understand that he may choose not to wear a mask outside of our home and in his own life, however when inside a customers home I would expect that every effort to be safe and distanced (for his health and ours) would be observed, especially since we were all masked up as well. read more

This company had done a great job up until now, and the guy who did our carpets was polite and professional. However, I was in for some bad news after we last hired them to clean my mother's home. I don't know exactly how it happened but the carpet guy somehow managed to turn off my mothers oxygen machine while cleaning her carpet. Now keep in mind, that many people need their oxygen to function day to day and therefore are on it constantly. According to my mother, she went all night without oxygen and grew ill. Today I get a phone call from her to tell me she noticed her machine was turned off. There was NO REASON for anyone to turn that oxygen off, and the cleaning guy was spotted cleaning the carpet where the machine was. I called the company to tell the manager to be aware of what happened he immediately grew very defensive. While talking to this manager he said that it must have been my mother who turned it off. ( I think not! Why would my mother turn off her own air?) Then he proceeded to say that the cleaning guy would never do it on purpose. ( I think being in a hurry and carelessness is more likely.) I had to tell the guy to calm down and not to be defensive. He ignored me. I just wanted to let him know what occurred and to tell his staff not to mess with or move medical equipment. Is that so hard? He said he would talk with the employee. Folks, remember to tell the carpet guys to steer clear of any medical equipment in your home and make sure to keep an eye on them even if it's an employee you like to hire. read more

Just recently used Regal Carpet Cleaning for my beige sofas that needed a good deep clean. Arnoldo came to the house and was so friendly and super professional! He gave me step by step of everything he was doing and did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB! My dog has a tendency to get on the couch and it has so much hair on it, I was SO surprised to see how much hair actually came out! So very impressed with him! Arnoldo cleaned my beige carpets the Saturday morning before Christmas. Initially they looked good, though quite wet. They were still wet the next morning (I was waiting for them to dry so I could replace furniture). They started turning quite brown, especially in the high traffic areas. I called the owner, Larry, who was able to come over Sunday evening. He spent 2 1/2 hours redoing the cleaning job on the 3 bedrooms and living room. He worked very hard and did an excellent job! The next morning there were a few brown streaks remaining so Larry kindly came back and worked again for a couple of hours to go over the carpets again to ensure their cleanliness. That did the trick - they have stayed very clean since then. My carpets are in good condition, though are 25 years old. The "brownout" may have been caused by old carpet or, according to google, excess moisture. I appreciate Larry's dedication and hard work to ensure I was happy with the cleaning job - thank you Larry, you're a gem. read more
