He happened to be on the way to another job and happily offered to stop by after that job was completed. The service was phenomenal. Thoroughly inspected the (gas) fireplace, provided great direction in terms of maintenance of the lava rocks the logs, the whole setup, and got up on the roof to inspect the top of the fireplace and the flue, and even rearranged the gas logs in a formation that is absolutely perfect and I never plan to touch again. All done quickly, incredibly pleasantly and helpfully, and at a VERY reasonable price and a great value. I wouldn't hesitate for a SECOND rehiring Lucky Cricket!

Cleaned up the tile with a mop where some of the steam went over the edge. He also gave us booties to wear to help keep the carpet clean while it's drying. They said that they would be out in Tucson area maybe March 28 or 29th. But they made my appointment for May 3rd 9 am-1 pm. I received my confirmation via email that same day. As it was close to May I emailed them to confirm they are coming on the 3rd. I received a response that said yes and they would confirm the time and let me know. Three days later I get a text message that says they can not come on May 3rd. They have to reschedule me for May 30th !!! Needless to say I am mad, waiting almost 3 months and now they cancel. I told them to forget it! Today 3 days before the original date of the 3rd I get a phone call, asking if I want the 30th date. I already told them NO. Unreliable outfit. They have no business advertising their services from Phoenix to Tucson if they know they can not service it. Their excuse was that they don't have a service team now in Tucson. There vent cleaning fee is $149 so the lady said on the phone, However, she didn't put that in writing. Bad management !!!!

The inspection was thorough and we got pics of all the areas of the A/C that were checked. Jacques then suggested that we get a surge protector that they could install since there is no protection from a main line electrical surge. Makes sense. I don't want my brand new unit to get ruined. I recommend Russet. They have been my service company for the last six years and installed my new A/C and gas heat pump last November. They even hooked me up with a finance company -- Good Leap -- that works with my personal credit union. No "for profit" bank or strange finance company involved. No complaints about Russet.
