I have never paid for someone to come and clean my floors before. Needless to say I was worried about results and cost. I've never met more honest hard working people. YAY, ME! I found the Best Kept Secret! ....anyways, after the whole "Steamy Concepts" debacle, I got back on the line to find the next carpet cleaning people for work. And let me tell you, it was WORTH IT! They booked me in two days after I made the call.....TWO DAYS (the other place made me wait a WEEK almost before sending someone just for an estimate!). They came in, surveyed the carpet, told me not to worry about moving the furniture (any more than I already had, though). And they took their time cleaning it. It took awhile, and I appreciated it. The carpet was by this point overdue for a cleaning, so to see that they were taking their time and concentrating on cleaning the carpet....... well, let's just say that I've seen other people rush it and it looks ...... bad. I really hesitate to write this review since I want to keep them to myself but that isn't fair when they do such a great job. I first used Best Kept Secret on a rental house when my tenants moved out. I really hesitate to allow pets because of the previous renters. The Dogs were disgusting and used the carpet as a bathroom. The renters also had foster children and the front room was used as a play area. I am pretty sure the kids also used the carpet as a bathroom. I called Best Kept Secret as a last resort, I was pretty sure I was going to have to replace all of the carpet. However Best Kept Secret did an amazing job!!! Not only were they able to get the pet and other stains out of the carpet they were able to get rid of the smell as well. The master bedroom is right off the front room and that carpet was just as bad. I was positive the carpet int hat room would have to be replaced. Best kept Secret said they would try an area for free and if they could get it cleaned then I could have them do the whole room. Well, the carpet in the master was as I suspected. But I am so glad they tried. The area in the master was so bad when the carpet installers came to replace it, they had to actually chip away 2 inches of the floor in areas because the pet stains had penetrated so deep. It was truly disgusting. I was so impressed with Best Kept Secret that I now use them on my own home. We only have carpet on the upstairs and the stairs. The price for them to do all of that is extremely reasonable and they do a fairly good job. I asked about having to move furniture and the lady assured me when they came out they would move all of the little stuff. That didn't happen, but now I know for next time. read more

I called this company to have my upstairs carpet and stair steps cleaned and was able to get in touch with someone right away. They were booked out about a week but their reviews were so good I didn't mind waiting. The morning of the appointment I was unable I meet them at the house so I let them in with the garage code. I was a little nervous letting a stranger into my home but it went well. They were done in about two hours and when I came home, my entire house smelled clean. That was one of the main reasons I needed my carpet cleaned - it made my entire house stink! I could not believe how clean my carpet looked.
