Sometimes the turkey breast sliced and the sausages need to be a little bit fresher, but I realize that the movement of items in a butchery shop depend on the buyers movement at the time and stocking. It's tough to just throw away product and sometimes it's hard to detect when it's going bad. They will give you your money back if not satisfied, however and give you a replacement as well, which is good business practice.

They showed me the slab for the filets and I asked for a 3/4" cut and it was just perfect - not too much fat - grill it 5 minutes on each side and you should have some nice medium flesh to devour - I'll even add a picture to tempt you. Everything in there was super fresh. I'm adding this place to Yelp because the only supermarket I know in the area closed and this is just the best place I've been to to get meat EVAR! Their store hours are: Thurs: 8AM-1PM Fri & Sat: 8AM-4PM At least that's what their business card is telling me.
