My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. After months of promising our young family a renewal of lease in writing, they instead drafted a fraudulent "Non-Renewal of Lease notice" immediately after I informed them that their non-response to a major leak had led to an injury at the property. This property never went up for sale, rather less than one week after I was told it would be sold, the property was listed for rent on numerous online platforms. To be clear, this company left us with no refrigerator for months, no functioning A/C through the summer, nearly started a fire due to improperly installed appliances and took weeks to respond to general inquiries, this leak was not the first instance. Legal action is imminent against these FRAUDS as all of their schemes and indiscretions were thoroughly documented.
