First of all, the office facility is really nice and welcoming. The staff, especially Tania at the front desk, was very considerate and helpful. Dr. Leiendecker performed my root canal professionally and efficiently. She was great and I didn't feel any pain, (NONE). They also offered me a pillow for comfort and even let me choose what music I'd like to listen to during the procedure, (I chose Stick Figure). My root canal was a "very pleasant experience" and I left in good spirits for the rest of the day.

When going into surgery they asked my preferred music, and really enjoyed the reggae with me while surgery was performed. The woman I spoke to was very kind and explained everything to me. Dr Tagle was kind enough to schedule my appointment early on a friday morning when they are normally closed to assure that I had a good experience. It was a wonderful experience. No pain or discomfort during the procedure. I expected to hear a lot of noise but either I fell asleep or he had super quiet instruments. The novacaine wore off quickly and I only had minimal discomfort in my jaw. I hope I don't need any more root canals but if I do I won't hesitate to see Dr Tagle again.

They will claim they did, but alas after speaking to your insurance provider- they do not in fact work together and as your provider explains; that is basic information that ANY dental office would be able to gather prior to your visit. Now you are hit with HUGE bills for a basic checkup that could have been avoidable if they had only done their job beforehand. The Dr. was great, but receptionists that lie instead of just checking; are not good at their job and there should be a repercussion as CLEARLY no one would pay insurance to then go to some facility that does not accept it when there are so many other options in Flagstaff that do. And do their job. And are upfront with you prior to your visit.

What the heck, nothing from Yang saying we can redo it or what. Then I had a crown put on in 2021 and another crown 2024 Jan, on the tooth right in front of the crown from 2021. This crown was too large nd pushed my teeth and I went back and he filled it down. The. 5 months later the back crown fell off. So I went back AND HE DID CEMENT, the crown on, but ata cost. When I asked why I had to pay, I was told well the crown had been on for 4 years. So that tells me his work is subpar, caz I have a crown, with no problems, from 2002. Yes, NOT FROM YANG.
