This review concerns the Service department at County Ford, rather than the Sales department (which…read moreI'm sure is also just great). My partner has a 2013 Focus Se. With less than 100,000 miles, she ran into a manufacturing flaw that impacted some of the Focuses from that year. After getting opinions and estimates from other trusted local mechanics, we brought her Focus to county Ford. Their service department head, Richie was very patient with our many questions and our obvious frustration, after being without a family vehicle for some time. Richie was careful to explain the details of the problem to us in layman's terms and really bent over backwards for us to resolve the issue. We were astounded at the level of personal care given to us to understand our situation and to make it right. I wish more large companies would make individual care for their customers a priority like County Ford did. Thank you!

If I could put 0 stars, I would. This is a horrible place to do business. The only part I liked…read moreabout this place was the sales assistant who helped us find a truck. She was sweet, I can't remember her name. The part that was horrible was the financing. My son was adamant about getting a F150. We found one he liked and needed me as a co-signer. The day to do the paperwork, I was not with him. He was only able to put $1000 dollars down that day as that what the bank would allow. I went with him a week later to put down the rest of the money. We worked with Dulce and I'm not a fan. She caught an attitude first when I told her we didn't want the RESISTALL as it was OPTIONAL AND $999! She made a lot of awkward conversation and quickly went through the paperwork. She kept talking about random topics and was distracting. (Probably for a reason). She said we owed another $2000 dollars with a $75 processing fee. We paid that and she said she would send the paperwork through email as she did not have anymore USB drives to put it on. We never received any paperwork. About 2 weeks later, my son kept getting phone calls saying we still owed $750. Dulce never mentioned this money when we signed the paperwork. She said she "thought we needed more time to gather the $750". This was not true. I called the lending company and they said they had everything they needed. I then spoke with someone else at County Ford about the situation and he was rude saying "your son was well aware of how much he owed" and did not care that Dulce made the mistake. I asked Dulce that day we were there if there was anything else they needed from us and she said "no, you're good to go". Don't go here because they're rude and disorganized. I highly recommend Cox Toyota close by. They're amazing, clear, and professional, County Ford is not. And my son has had this truck for about 3 weeks or so, and it's having problems. I will NEVER go back there again.

He was with me every step of the way. If you're concerned bout buying a used car here, get a hold of Matt. He gave me everything I needed to feel secure in my purchase and when things ultimately didn't work out because things on my own end, he was more than gracious. He didn't pressure me at all and was honest with everything. He went above and beyond to make me feel like he was supporting me the whole time. Again, I wish I could have finished my purchase there, but the logistics of being out of state made the purchase too difficult for us. Matt was awesome through the whole process and even made sure I was taken care of even after the deal couldn't be done. If I lived closer, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from Matt at Westgate Triad Mitsubishi."

Trust me I know it's a used truck, but all of the small issues the truck had they completely tried to hide or entirely ignore. Thankfully me being a mechanic, the evening I got there I noticed the running boards didn't even work, the brake booster was broken and had almost no vacuum on the brake pedal at inching speeds (Drive thru/parking spots). The thermostat was stuck open and not allowing the truck to get up to operating temperature. I asked 4 times for the measurements of my brake pads from their "thorough inspection" Still never got an answer. I called them about buying the truck and locking the price on what they had posted, and the salesmen agreed. Got there and instead of the normal price, they tried to up it and say it was posted for three grand more than it was. Thankfully I had taken photos of the original listing, so they ended up "honoring it". Trucks alignment was completely off and speaker was blown. Ended up taking the truck back to them two or three times for repairs they completely ignored. From the last visit the alignment still pulls hard and steering wheel was crooked until I fixed it correctly. Trucks front shock is entirely blown out and is leaking as much fluid as it possibly could, so they decided to tell me they couldn't duplicate the noise, I looked after I picked it up and they had put grease all over the spring to try to muzzle the sound. They also made an entire mess on my skid plate from changing the oil and filter, I never knew a master technician was so messy at a simple oil change. They finally said they'll cover the front strut but it was simply a waste of time for me to even go back so I fixed it myself and had the peace of mind knowing its correct. To top everything off, they never shipped my license plate like they said they did. I had called and he said he was going to ask for the tracking number, called me back after about 20 minutes to tell me he never got the tracking number. Jacob then said to me to go figure it out with the DMV myself after I paid all of their stuff at the dealership. I brought up a buy back after only about two weeks of owning the truck and they denied it. I highly advise looking anywhere else in this state to buy a car, it is not worth the headache and wasted money dealing with these people.

I was told by the salesman that he would call when it was ready to be test drove. I got a call a few days later, I was told there was a sensor that was on and the head gasket cover was leaking and it would all be fixed and I could come test drive it in a few days. I went to finally test drive it and noticed a knocking on the right front tire side. The salesman said the mechanic would fix it. A strut i believe he said it was. The car drove great and was cosmetically well takin care of. The car is a 1997 maxima with 141,000 miles. $2500. I thought! I was getting a good car, with all the repairs they SAID they fixed. Boy was I wrong. I do understand that it is a gamble when you buy a used car! On the 10th day of having this car i was stranded at 9o'clock at night on a dark back road on my way home from work. The head gasket had leaked so much oil onto the alternator it went out. I called West Elm Motors and spoke with the salesman about the issue, I was told by the owner to bring it back. We got the car up there, they replaced the alternator (i paid $20 for it, they did me a favor ) and I was told by the salesman they would not do about else to the car. I'm the 30th day of having the car and noticing all the oil that has leaked on my driveway and the knocking back on the right side, I took it to my own mechanic. The strut and the head gasket cover were never fixed! Oil was leaking all over the alternator again and obviously, they just lubed up the strut. I would never recommend trusting this place!! If you are considering a car from West Elm Motors, PLEASE have a mechanic check it out first!! I learned the hard way!! Again, I understand it's a gamble with a used car, however I was told things were going to be fixed that were not! Very very disappointed!

He explained the vehicle to us and showed us all the bells and whistles that come with a new vehicle as most sales people will. But the difference in Erick was even after we let him know that we were not going to buy the vehicle from Flow Honda but from another local dealer, a very similar vehicle but a Toyota. He called us and talked to us and told us that he understood and that if anything fell through with our purchase at the other dealer the offer at Flow Honda was good for a month. I know you are thinking well a lot of them do that but Erick was not just about the vehicle he cared about us and my wife and I really appreciated his concern for us. So if you ever need a vehicle and are thinking about a Honda or a good used vehicle I would recommend Erick Grailer and Flow Honda of Burlington!!
