Both the office staff and doctor were really welcoming and friendly. I told the Doctor that I might get anxious on the day of treatment, he answered all my questions and sent a prescription to my pharmacy On the day of treatment, the staff were nice as always. To be honest, the whole team had so much aura I wasn't even that anxious going into the treatment. Chair and glasses were both comfortable, I even fell asleep for basically the whole time which is crazy work because I'm usually really anxious. Dr was kind, informative, educated, personable and did a great job. They also sent the paperwork over to my dentist without me having to facilitate anything. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone. Happy I won't need another root canal but lowkey sad they can't be my dentist everytime lol.

His assistant got me in to start the CBCT scan and X-rays needed. Sat me down and Dr. Nabipour did the diagnostics and found the issue. Within an hour was able to get out the old post, clear the infection, repack the area and sealed it permanently. Excellent work. Recently, I had a horrible experience with "EndoCare Group" in Alameda CA and I feel the need to let the people AKA the readers know what went down. On June 17th, 2026 at 9:30 A.M I had my first and last appointment with them, EVER! It is shameful that I have to write a review such as this, but I am done being silent and allowing these ableist businesses act however they want, discriminate against individuals with disabilities, and dehumanize our existence. I will not allow these people to continue to mistreat its patrons like they mistreated me. I will not! let them get away with this. I am physically disabled and because of that I was treated as if I did not have a mind of my own and I could not speak for myself. I was essentially treated as if I was an invalid. Little do they know I am a public speaker, motivational speaker, a writer, a poet, an actress and a disabled activist just to name a few and there's so much more to me. I am multi- faceted; but all they saw was my disability and minimized my existence to a wheelchair as if that's all I am. I don't take kindly to disrespect and I will not allow these people, the two individuals that were assigned to work with me think that the treatment and discrimination that was displayed is OK! Because it was NOT! The mistreatment started from the word go! From the lobby, I entered into the back office, before going into a room they wanted to take some X-Rays, they asked if I can stand, I quickly responded telling them that I could not. We eventually figured it out. There was no standing required and that's great! But what I didon my ownnot like during that exchange is when they would ask me a question they would look over to the individual that was there with me to get confirmation. As if I could not answer on my own. That was extremely dismissive and that treatment did not stop there. Once I went into the office where the procedure took place; I had a Root Canal, they actually job! I will not take that away from them, but the way I was talked to after it was all said and done was unnecessary, uncalled for and unprofessional. There was a young woman that remained in the room with me and referred to me as a CHILD. I brought up to her that I noticed how they would address the person that was with me instead of addressing me and that young woman had the audacity to tell me they would prefer to talk to the parents when it is involving a child and that would be ok if I were a child. I am a 40 year old WOMAN! In that moment, although I was belittled, I chose not to respond. She took my silence for weakness and that's where she messed up. This right here is my response and this is all the response I need In conclusion: If you are physically disabled and you are thinking about becoming a client of "EndoCare Group", I would advise you not to. Your disability automatically makes them think you do not have the CAPACITY to make decisions on your own. With this being my personal experience; I am certain that there are other disabled people that have been treated the same way. Lastly, should you ignore my warning and try them out anyway, please be aware, stay on your toes, stay informed and don't accept their disrespect.

He worked carefully and painstakingly and expertly to make sure that I was a candidate for the bridge. He could not have been more conscientious than if my teeth were his own. He is also very kind and very patient and is great at putting the anxious patient (me) at ease. The office has some glitches with access and scheduling, likely a function of multiple offices in various locations, but it is worth being persistent if you want the very best endodontist on the planet.

I was VERY nervous and VERY scared when I heard I needed a root canal, but I was in so much pain,…read morethat I knew what had to be done: face my fear of having tiny barbed wires stuck into my sensitive tooth to clean out all the decay. Luckily, my knowledge of root canals was based on what dentists did in the 70s and my procedure was neither scary, painful, or traumatic. It was no different from having a filling or a crown. There was no pain at all and my anxiety melted away as soon as we begun. Dr. Kathpalia and team were very understanding about my nervous nature and went out of their way to make me feel calm and comfortable. The tools and equipment were all modern. There were no implements of torture or ancient relics in the office. The only pain I felt was in the other side of my jaw from holding my mouth open for an hour and a half (and of course when my dental insurance covered a generous 3% of the total cost). Endospecialists even has their own gated parking lot, which is a really nice touch. This was a referral from my own dentist, but I would recommend anyone needing a root canal to give them a call for a consultation.
