Here's what impressed me: 1) The associate picked things out I normally would have skimmed over on the rack. 2) She wasn't pushing all the full priced items on me. They were having a great sale so I walked away with practically a new wardrobe. Now, I will say that she was aggressive about bringing me things to try on, but since most were on sale, so I was open.
