But today two men were there an older man and a middle-aged man, and they were extremely rude when we asked where items were they ignored us and when we said we also made an online order. The guy went to the back and did not return when the other guy ended up helping us. He said this part is not returnable at all clarifying the statement we asked if it's not installed can we still return it? They said this part is nonrefundable because it is an electrical one. We said we understand that but if we don't install it, can we still return it then he said really again don't you understand and we said well if we don't install the part it's still brand new then he simply said well maybe you should go to another store and return it there. That's exactly why they have no employees there because they have a sign out that it says they need somebody to work there. These two are chasing people away from good jobs with their bad attitude lack of communication skills. The manager really needs to take a look at these two people train them properly and communication and customer service because what we have received there was absolutely deplorable.

A good friend recommended Wrench to me, the owner is her best friend's father and has taken care of her car for years. I'm happy to say she did not steer me wrong. The folks at Wrench are very upfront about everything, being honest about what needs work immediately and what can wait if need be. It's the kind of place that, after getting a $1000 estimate at another place, will tell you honestly if the actual repair will only cost a couple hundred bucks. They even walked me through the repairs when they were finished, explaining what they did in a way that even a car luddite like me can understand. Honestly and skill are getting harder and harder to find in the mechanic world. Even though I live on the north side and it's a bit of a hike, Wrench is now my go-to place!

His attitude felt dismissive, and it seemed like he treated me and my parents differently because of our skin color. I returned today to exchange the wipers and had a completely different experience -- a young woman with blue eyes and long blonde hair was extremely helpful and respectful. This store needs more employees like her and serious action taken regarding the behavior of the employee I encountered earlier.

I ordered a replacement driver side mirror for my 2007 DTS I either order the wrong one or the…read morewrong one was sent. I was talking with a guy "Frank" very kind and gracious when I told him I got the wrong one. He sent me the correct mirror I took it to the shop and there was a crack in the mirror housing that appeared after painting prep. The shop where I took the car said I should use the mirror because of the crack so they repaired the mirror that was on the car originally. I told Frank we didn't need either mirror so he sent me a mailing label I shipped them back he credited my credit card! during the whole process Frank was totally helpful and easy to deal with. I wI'll recommend Areo Auto Parts to everyone looking for used replacement parks.

I understand car sales can be demanding, but the energy when I first walked in felt a bit unwelcoming. My salesman, 'Rodney', was very straightforward but also personable and funny, which made the process more comfortable. I did notice a shift in energy once it became clear that I was serious about making a purchase. The Sales Manager was also very pleasant to work with.
