I had him to my house originally and we…read moreeventually found I had a bird's nest in my furnace exhaust that was tripping the parameters on my gas furnace and causing it to shut off. Tom eventually found it, but before he did - he tried to sell me a new gas furnace which would have been many thousands of dollars. NOTE TO consumers... the only reason you should EVER have to replace a gas furnace is if the core is cracked - and that is a very rare thing indeed. I've had him back after that to replace circulation zone pumps on the furnace, as they've failed one at a time (normal failures after 15 years of service), and had to be replaced. Well, I had another one fail and had to call him 3 days ago (Friday) , and finally got a call back from him today (Monday), saying he cannot make it here for four more days. Now listen, I have been a good and faithful customer for him, and my family has been without heat and hot water for three days, and I messaged him and called him many time maybe 8 times - and he can't get back to me? Done with Tom. he claimed he left a Voice Mail for me- I checked, and nope - he didn't. He's full of crap. Also, said he was on vacation, but never updated his voice message to indicate he was on vacation - so - that is unprofessional. His poor customer service and inability to communicate to his customers have caused him to lose my business. I'd freeze before I'd ever call Tom Miller again. Loyal, regular customers mean nothing to him and his busines will falter until he adopts some disciplne in this regard. I honestly don't think he gives a damn, at least he treats it like it doesn't matter. But it will. I talk to a lot of people I know in this town, and I'll be sure to let them know that they should go elsewhere with their business. For a businessman, Tom is a jerk.

I had 2 issues that needed attention. 1. I had a leaking toilet that was leaking from the base on every flush. This was my priority fix. 2. I had another toilet that needed replacement. It was a lesser used toilet and had been broken for a few years. We started searching Yelp for plumbers and H S Goldberg Plumbing & Mechanical caught our eye. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. Harry returned my call and said he could have a team here in the morning. I was floored. A prompt reply and quick service. Then I talked to Harry and he gave me an estimate and some toilet options that was reasonable. It was like I hit the lottery. The next day Brenden and Jake were dispatched to my residence. Professional and courteous even though having to deal with my dogs barking at them until they settled down. My leaking toilet was just a wax ring replacement as Brenden said the the flange was in pretty good shape. They called it a "Pull and Reset Service". My toilet replacement was a little more complicated. Once they pulled the toilet, they found the metal flange had rusted and deteriorated. They repaired the flange and set the new toilet. Yes, they arrived with the new toilet and took away the old one. I was glad I didn't have to deal with that. These professionals came fully prepared and were very respectful of their surroundings. They did their job, tested for leaks and cleaned up as if they were never there. Again, Brenden and Jake were truly professionals. Thanks guys. At last, I have found my go-to plumber. Immediately added to my contact list and I would immediately recommend them to anyone that asks. H S Goldberg Plumbing & Mechanical is a keeper. Thank you for your great service.
