I had Paul's team come to repair a leak in my boiler room. When I asked Paul's team about it, they told me it was just "cosmetic" and didn't have to worry. Less than 6 months later the expansion tank started leaking! I had another plumber come in and he was shocked to know that my last plumber didn't bother replacing expansion tank during the last job. I even spoke to Paul on the phone and he told me his guys "should" have done that repair as well. The part is inexpensive but I ended up having to pay for all the overhead again to prep and restore the system after repairing.
