Then I talked to Harry and he gave me an estimate and some toilet options that was reasonable. It was like I hit the lottery. The next day Brenden and Jake were dispatched to my residence. Professional and courteous even though having to deal with my dogs barking at them until they settled down. My leaking toilet was just a wax ring replacement as Brenden said the the flange was in pretty good shape. They called it a "Pull and Reset Service". My toilet replacement was a little more complicated. Once they pulled the toilet, they found the metal flange had rusted and deteriorated. They repaired the flange and set the new toilet. Yes, they arrived with the new toilet and took away the old one. I was glad I didn't have to deal with that. These professionals came fully prepared and were very respectful of their surroundings. After quickly assessing the damage, he presented me with two options: rebuild and reseal the current trap or outright replace it.
