I was called by the dispatcher to confirm a pickup date. Since I work nights, I rely on voicemail and text for scheduling, and I confirmed the appointment both ways within a reasonable window (7/22/26 for a 7/27/26 appointment) -- including a voicemail left on the business line at 10:53 PM. Despite that, I was removed from the schedule and found out via an email and phone call from the front office (Debbie Jo) stating I hadn't responded. I was fine with rescheduling but wanted to explain that I believed my voicemail counted as confirmation. I was met with a condescending tone from the start. She told me, "I called you at least 6 times," and "just pick up your phone." When I mentioned the voicemail, she responded, "Yeah, at 2:00 AM! We heard all about it this morning" -- though my voicemail was actually left at 10:53 PM, not 2:00 AM. Again, my work hours are different than the 9-5. I wasn't upset when I called. I was upset by how I was spoken to, and by being mocked with a detail that wasn't even accurate. If a callback window is that strict, that should be communicated to customers upfront -- not used afterward to make them feel foolish over a mistake that didn't happen the way it was described.

He sent a gentleman out to help with my boxes and after that was complete, took my payment over the phone. It was reasonably priced, handled in a timely manner that respected my time and chatting with Ashley twice was an absolute delight. Altogether, the cost (half the price of a UPS Store), the opportunity to pay cash so as not to pay the extra percentage of a cc and the quality of service was superior.
